This Hotel is in the perfect location to be in the centre of everything, shops bars beaches etc. However like everywhere in India it never sleeps and the road noise can be clearly heard on the rooms.
We were on the ground floor and found the padlock on the door amusing - reminded me of locking my shed up! The matress was slightly damp and very uncomfortable on the bed but because it was so hot outside it was forgiven. The hotel and restaurant staff were great and assisted at every opportunity. WiFi was dodgy and very hit and miss - but so is the electric in India.
Great food would definitely recommend the chicken haryali and go back for this alone.
If you want Home comforts don’t visit India. Otherwise it’s ok.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. There are also enough restaurants around to try out. A taxi stand just front of the hotel to plan trip or even the hotel reception could arrange and suggest good options to travel around Goa. Overall, the visit was top class.

It's more of a lodging facility around Candolim. Services are not great. It is on the main road with the open restaurant facing the road. Rooms are average and do have normal facilities. Beach is around 500 mtrs from the hotel but the road is not lit and not good for late nights if not in big group. Food was OK and didn't tried much as there are lot of places around where you can try different dishes. Better places available in the area.

Coz of the rate that we have got from Goibibo due to the benefit of a loyal Goibibo customer with gocash and gocash+, I can give it a rating of 2 star. But if you ask me to remove the benefit of gocash it is not a value for money.
We had 3 rooms, unfortunately all of them having a dampness smell. Quality of linen is bad, amenities only 1 soap.... Ya that's it, there is nothing else other than a soap. Pic of the swmming pool is already attached. The water colour has become green. There is no filteration for the pool, moreover there is no rule for the pool as well anyone can get into the pool even people without swimming costume. We tried it on day 1 and felt like odd one out, as no one else was wearing a pool costume and the pool became as per the attached pic.
Breakfast very limited options, they even tried to charge us for eggs to order, when I raised a question on that then only it was removed. Didn't tried any other meal as was not very sure with the quality of breakfast. Oh yes you can check in the attached puc what they are serving as juice, it is generally called squash and is a thickned essense which is mixed with water to give a smell of that fruit.
Only good thing is the car we hired through the hotel. The guys name is Ketan and the quality of the car was simply superb. As we were 5 adults and 2 kids we opted for an Ertiga, it was almost a new self drive car with all the built in facilities.

After reading the reviews about this place, I found it to be true. Near to the beach, check! Spacious, clean rooms with clean showers, check! Affordable, check! Good customer service, check! Good food at the restaurant, check! Complimentary water everyday, check! So if you want to a clean bed, room, affordable, near to the beach, at the main road but rooms were at the back where the noise does not reach, then stay at this place - you will not be disappointed 🙂
