I stayed in Seaside Residency Hotel in the month of Oct 2017. It was my holiday trip with family. The destination Alappuzha (Alleppey) was good to enjoy with family. The hotel location was very good as it is nearest to the market place. The appearance of the hotel was good because it is clean and neat. I would rate the front desk staff as average. I booked this room directly at hotel. I would rate the services in the hotel were very good with immediate response. The rooms at the hotel were average . I would rate food as good because of taste and price is not high.

I booked the place for my brother who is also the owner of the company. 4 females, 2 males and a 7 month old kid. The room was in pathetic condition and the bed sheets were dirty. They were tired so they didn;t informed the management. When they ordered for food it took more than 1 hr to come. even the milk for baby took a long time. The switchboard was already broken and kept at the table. The manager Mr. Raju is so arrogant, first he entered into the family room without knocking and the blamed one of my guest for the broken switchboard. He was so arrogant that he started shouting as well in front of the family. Probably that guy needs some serious training on guest handling skills. It was a big embarrassment for me as i booked the room for them and my brother was accompanied by another 4 of his friends.
On top of that that guy Raju seems to be racist when he said, " you guys always do like this , going into hotels and making mess", Probably he meant north Indians as we belong to Delhi.
Its a suggestion never go for this property as what they show in the Pics is not the reality because once you enter into the room its worse than a lodge.
I kept on trying their contact no. 04772263187 to sort out the issues, but these guys were so busy they never picked up. We checked-in in hotel around 2 pm...A person who was standing in a reception was little bit confused as we had done our reservation through Make my trip.He took 30 mins to give us a room...A bell boy took us in different room where some one else was staying...Then he called again in desk to checked the correct room no..Later on i observe that lott of noise is coming from lobby then i seen that staff management people were having drink and having fun in a passage...Which is really very bad....Will suggest not to go in this hotel...Very bad experience.Not at all safe...

Don't expect anything luxurious or charming at this hotel. It is just a standard type hotel. We were warmly welcomed by nice receptionist, everything was ready and check-in took literally 2 minutes. Rooms were large, nice and exactly like we reserved.
A good hotel for a stopover and a good value for the money.

This hotel is very near to Allepey beach and just 800m from Allepey Railway station. Rooms are also very neat and clean but their services need improvement. They need to be proactive. They provided soap, drinking water n towels only after demanding. TV connection was also not working. Complimentary breakfast was also of very less quantity. Hotel is good but services need a lot of improvement.
