These apartments are located about a 10 minute walk from Vagator and Ozran beaches. The room itself was quite spacious with a fridge and a balcony which were nice little luxuries. However, it was quite dirty. I had to go around the room when we first arrived and clean all of the light switches with detol because they were literally caked in dirt and dead skin and god knows what else. The lights were bare and hanging from the walls. The walls were dusty, as was under the bed. The blankets provided were not clean and clearly used by more than one guest before being washed. Once again, I really don't mind places being a bit run down if you pay for budget accommodation but there is no excuse for it being dirty. On our third day they offered us a room cleaning service they said 'cleaning is important' but I would rather they cleaned the room before I arrived! To be fair they provided clean sheets for the bed and towels too. The people working there are really nice too, nothing is too much trouble. They have a 24hr reception which was handy as we left at 3am and the guy was there to help with our bags. All in all I would stay here again but just be warned it's not the cleanest!

Far better then the so called fancy resorts in goa .it has all the basic amenities required for your stay special thanks to Milind & his team who are at your service.
This property is just 5 mins walking distance from the vagator beach & has very good restaurants near by especially the mango tree which is just next to the hotel
Special thanks to the owner Milind for arranging the airport drop & sight seeing in goa for 2 days.
Milind just a request to have bigger TV in the rooms ;)

I spent a beautiful New Years holiday with friends here, and we were fortunate enough to access this best budgeted hotel. Especially Hotel Manager, Mr. Milind was courteous and efficient with a welcome sense of humor, and he took great care of us throughout our stay, from guiding us through on the list of recommending the must destinations. They offer the fantastic service for our 4 days stay there. People like Milind elevate the hospitality industry.
Must stay.

Sea View Holiday is just 10 min walking distance from Vagator beach.
There are couple of hotels which are just in walk-able distance and 24*7 open i know one of them "Mango Tree".
Inside Hotel there is small garden where you enjoy your food and drinks.
Free WI-FI is also available in rooms and garden area.
If you want water they will provide you Free from water filter so daily you saved your minimum 100 rs.
Inside Hotel Campus there are 2 shops one is for Internet cafe and second is for money exchange
Management of this hotel is too good. Special thanks to Milind and mitthu.
The owner is cooperative, i will 100% recommended for this hotel.

This has got to be the best place for stay in this price range.. clean and large rooms... efficient staff and very close to the beach.. even though it doesnt have a kitchen.. the wide range of excellent restaurant makes up for it
