I work as a consultant - so clients often book me into hotels based on budget and availability. The room was quite dirty and the bathroom, shower stall, soap receptacle, doors were stained with months if not years old mould. The wi-fi made guest appearances from time to time. A friend of mine a neurosurgeon came to visit me (we were meeting after 7 years), he was intercepted at the reception by an extremely rude duty manager and was shown the fine print of terms and conditions that i signed UPON CHECH-IN (not at the time of purchasing the room and told that if he were to visit my room (upstairs) he would be charged 5000/- INR +taxes for 15 mins - we were told no guests are allowed after 11 p.m. and advised to "have a walk outside". The food was quite sub-standard and had very few choices.

The food was good. The gym had decent equipments but is poorly maintained. The hotel wifi was not working. When I complained about the wifi, initially a technician came. Then he called some one else. After 15 minutes the wifi started working. However the speed was slow. The infrastructure is poor. To switch on the kettle, you have to remove the TV plug from the socket. The rooms were not clean.

This is the most ridiculous experience in my entire 20 years of experience in the travel industry. After making the online reservation by giving my credit card to directly charge it, as a normal case, I called the Hotel to send me a 3rd Party Authorization Form so that they can charge the Credit Card without any problem. I was told by Rupam and Akshay that they do not accept Credit Cards but I have to make a ebanking transaction. I clearly told them a ebanking transaction takes time, they agreed to this.
I explicitly informed that we are a corporate travel agencies and as almost all corporates, our clients do not pay for the room and breakfast themselves but we settle this even before the clients checks in so that he is not questioned about his stay and payment.
My client was asked to pay at check-out or the staff harassed did not let him leave the hotel. Ridiculous to treat a VIP this way. Now they have the money for 15 nights from the clients as well as our banking transaction.
This is ridiculous, not only on behalf of our VIP client but also us being a corporate travel agency.

Its really a nice concept of having the studio apartments rented out as a hotel room. They had a well setup room with a kitchen installed with all amenities. The room was clean and neat. We also ordered the food from room service and it was worth the money as well! Impressive.

Although they don't have more facility for kids...But food is good...Brunch buffet is on point.hotel is good North Indian food is up to the mark...Overall expensive though with family..But worth a try.
