This is a very good hotel if you want to visit Granada. It is close enough to the city centre and it offers comfortable and modern rooms.
The service is very good and all staff were friendly and pleasant. The buffet is not the most spectacular, but good value for money.
Although this hotel doesn't have much character, it is the perfect place to com back to rest after q day exploring Granada.

The Senator Granada Spa is a lovely hotel. Comfortable good sized rooms. Probably more for business but my wife and I stayed here for a week whilst touring the wonderful city. Our room overlooked a park area with various "keep fit" devices and kiddies play area. The breakfast, although pricey was excellent. There is an underground car park that is to be avoided unless you have a Fiat 500 or smaller. It has a one car lift in and out. A weird experience. The staff were very helpful.

The outdated decor, AC that needs maintenance, mediocre rooms, beds that need to be replaced (see photo of spring that is sticking out of the mattress) & flat hard pillows could be overlooked if the employees at reception were not consistently reluctant, giving disdainful service, and acted as though they were doing us a favor!
-A 4 star hotel doesn't ask its clients to come down to reception to pick the up an iron and ask for a 20€ deposit. In fact, an iron should be in the room in the first place.
-A 4 star hotel would never make their clients feel frustrated & unfairly treated.
-A 4 star hotel staff would never talk badly about the client in front of them assuming they don't understand Spanish.
-A 4 star hotel wouldn't argue over whether or not we had been informed about their "rule" of not leaving the car past checkout. (We had not...ensue argument over paying for the extra 2 hours)
It's not worth the money we paid. Extremely disappointed & will never recommend this hotel to anyone... we paid less for a Hilton room last week with breakfast & parking included with perfect service!

Spa was free (between 10-noon, with an appointment) and fine for being free. Massage was (54€) so-so. Felt like I paid someone to put oil on me for 50 minutes. There wasn't even a pillow for the head so ended up with worse neck pain than I started.

Arrived with a school group for a trip.
The location is good it is quite centrally located close to many shops and restaurants. The rooms are quite dated but the Air Conditioning works well and all the amenities in the room are in working order.
The room that I stayed in however was overlooking the park which was quite a good view however at night there would be quite a bit of noise from groups of young men that would sit at the park drinking and shouting through most of the morning.
The spa downstairs was quite nice and made use of it even though we were only allowed in for an hour, this hoever was free even though we weren't allowed to bring down hotel towels and had to have a specific type of footwear.
The staff were extremely helpful though and most requests we made were accomodated such as preparing a nice little picnic for each of the chidlren for our breakfast on our last morning as we were leaving the hotel a little earlier than their breakfast room would open.
Breakfast was nice even though the egg stall was quite slow as only one stove top was working.
Overall a pleasant stay and I would come back and stay again.

The hotel is located 10 min walking for the centre of the town. The room was big but old-fashioned .the cleaning of the room was good.we have room with view to the overcrowded park-playground that not help us to relaxation and sleep easy. amd quick. .The wifi was terrible and never worked for our stay. The receptionist delay the check out,was not so helpful with us and want to give her the voucher of the internet agency that i have done the reservation repeatedly to check if i have prepaid the room.the free parking is very difficult to find to the neighbourhood of the hotel.
