Room: we had a bungalow with ocean view, wonderful. . Do not take sea view, there is a big difference. Room is modern and elegant. Bath was slightly old, it could need some renovation, very small bathing "tube". Clean.
Hotel: beautiful, we various bathing plattforms. However, slightly offside: either you stay in the hotel, or you should rent a car.
Concept: missing, maybe because we were here in the very last week of the season just before winter break.
Food: fine, but monotone.
Staff: very friendly and supportive. Nothing negative.
I would come back here, but would also ensure that I do not need a "program" here (it exists but as mentioned, conceptional level is low). It is a normal upper class hotel.

I have been in this hotel with wife for a romantic holiday.
The hotel, recently renovated, was something really unique. The staff has been very kind to us and even made an upgrade to best suite the hotel has. Food, people, colours, air, atmosphere, everything was in order to make our vacation great. I would only recommend not to eat too much in the buffet since food is too good you'd eat 5 or 6 dishes! Thank you Sensimar, hope we'll come back again sooner or later.

The location of this resort is awesome.
You can enjoy the seaview from all over the place.
The poolside and restaunt views are panoramic.
There are 4 pools ( without counting the private pools) a small beach and a few possibilities to enter the sea by ladder.
There is enough water for everyone lots of place and no rush for sunbeds.
The restaurant is excellent as well.
We had a pay 4 nights stay 5 package and were upgraded from BB to HB.
Great value for a cheap price.
The staff is always friendly and helpful.
The city in 25 mins walking distance.
Absolutely recommandable!

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. The rooms are large, beautifully appointed with a view that fuels the soul. The pool area was magnificent, we hardly wanted to leave to do any sightseeing. The staff were ever so friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great with so much choice. The whole experience was a real escape from reality. It's the kind of hotel that you can hardly wait to visit again.

We loved everything, the staff, the hotel, the location, the food and the entertainment. We were not too impressed by the restaurant - Culinarium.
I wanted to say the spa was fantastic, the treatments and the therapists exceptional (specially Christina and Jane).
