Our group stayed here for one night. There are two parts to the hotel - the modern high rise shown in various photos; and the old concrete Communist era buildings across the street. We were housed in the older part.
Our room was spacious but the bathroom was a disaster; there was no shower curtain; no hot water. When we complained, we were offered to move, but we were already settled in and on a tight schedule. The problem was that the front desk staff knew about the condition of the room and still rented it out. While we were at dinner, the issues were rectified.
The dining room where the buffet breakfast is served was huge, with many different
seating areas. The breakfast itself was top-notch, with a wonderful variety of foods.
The coffee was excellent.
I would give this hotel a higher rating but for the problems we had with our room. Management needs to lay down some guidelines. For fellow travelers, be forewarned about staying in the older part of the hotel known as Magnolia.

The hotel is 20-30 mins walk from the pold town but there is a bus every 15 mins and the taxis charge between 4-14 Euros depending on the time of day.
The hotel has its own resturant. The breakfast selection is very good. The buffet dinner cost 10 Euros (book at reception) and this encludes a glass of wine. The hjotel has many public area if you want to meet someone or just read quietly. it jhas an outdoor swimming pool, a petange area, an fitness area and maybe othere facilities which I never found.
My room (112) had everything I wanted except, strangly, no tea or coffee making facilities.
My room faced east and I could watch the sun rise over the mountains every morning!
Highly recommended.

We holidayed at this hotel in late September 2017. The hotel, pool and grounds were lovely. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. We couldn't have asked for better. We would highly recommend this hotel to all.

We have just stayed here for a weeks holiday. The hotel itself is very modern and relatively clean. The food is good, buffet style and cooked very well. The pool is freezing!! The biggest downside is some of the staff. Some of the bar and restaurant staff need a refresher course in customer service. They successfully made us feel that we were a major inconvenience. They were too busy sitting well away from the bar on the sofa's chatting to friends to serve at the bar! We were sitting in the dining room at breakfast just finishing our coffee and at literally 10.01 precisely we were told to leave as breakfast had finished!! Considering we were paying guests we were not made to feel very welcome which is a real shame. The reception and cleaning staff were lovely as were most of the waiters it is just the few that let the hotel down.

One of the nicest hotels that we have stayed in. Friendly staff that never stopped especially the two crazy girls behind the bar.
The rooms were cleaned every day fresh towels and toiletries.
We went half board but on discovering that all inclusive was only an extra €10 pppd it was a no brainer.
