Celebrating our anniversary with friends

Had balcony overlooking the pools. Great service and very clean. Pools were very cold but sea was warm. Air conditioning had been turned down and explained to us that it was their winter so room was very warm at night and nothing could be done about it. One day of rain but all other days late 20 c I personally struggled to find plain food as I do not eat sauces but the chips were lovely
Perhaps great during summer but a real bore in the off-season

I spent a week at this place while attending the Statutory Meetings of the Red Cross Movement. Other delegates were accommodated at the Cayo Palazzo and the Cayo Belek hotels, both miles ahead in terms of service and quality. The Sentido is not bad. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the choice and quality of the food is really good. But at the off-season the place seems dying. We had two days if live music, quite good actually but then two days with an uninspiring piano player and on Saturday evening...nothing. Ok, the place will shut down for the winter soon but still. Guests should be entitled to more. Oh, and one more comment. For a resort that wants to attract an international clientele, it should seriously consider to invest in the language training of its staff. Times and again, a staff member had to ask for the help if a colleague as he didn't have a clue about what I was talking. Sad...
We returned back but ...

When we stayed in the hotel 5 years ago, we thought that it is a miracle and that we can´t find something better in this price range typical for 5* Turkish hotels. Then we stayed in another resorts and it was also very nice. This summer we returned back to Sentido Zeynep 5* Resort. And we don´t return more in foreseable future I think. Yes, if you are somewhere for another time, than you compare. And the comparison is that 5 years ago it was much better. Finally also the management confirmed my doubts saying that 2 years ago the hotel changed the ownership and that some changed came ...
What for example? Food was very good, but this time no live cooking, no special days, no "entertainment" like huge cakes, nothing special. So big variety, good food, you can choose of course a lot of dishes, you are not hungry, but this it is.
What else? This time we received room in main building (we knew it, it was in contract), but the room had no balcony. This was desapoinment because it was said in our local contract that the room will have a balcony. Finally it was not a fault from the hotel, but from our operator. But - we had a family suite, so 2 separate rooms, 2 bathrooms, connected door. No one safe functioned 2 first days. From time to time sbd. came to repair it, but it went wrong again. And the second safe was completely out of al the electricity and cables ets. so that was completely out of order. On the window - pigeons all the time. Cleaness - very good.
The 50 metres pool was again terrific. Other pool was very nice. Beach was also very nice. And the weather in August is always nice. So for spending sunny days and nice sea it is still very good hotel.
NICE HOTEL

Me and my wife stayed here in October the hotel was nice and the staff were lovely, as with a lot of hotels in turkey they are isolated it was really quiet which suited us. the only fault was the food it was only average, but I would recommend this hotel we had a pleasant stay
Great all round all inclusive resort

Stayed here with my Mum for a week in October. Whilst the resort was clearly at low capacity winding down towards the end of the season, we were impressed at the quality and standard of the hotel, the food on offer and the facilities.
The pier particularly stood out as a great way to spend the day sunbathing. The atmosphere on the pier was relaxing, the bar provided good service and the views were great. It was lovely to be able to swim in the sea (which was much warmer than the pool) straight from the pier's steps.
The restaurant had a decent range of food and it was good to see sushi at an all inclusive. Staff service was variable, but on the whole most were responsive and friendly enough.
The Italian a la carte was of good standard and nice to receive waiter service.
It was a shame that the treadmill was out of action in the gym, but otherwise the facilities were good.
We paid €50 extra for a late room checkout until 18.00 which was useful, not sure if this is as readily available in busier periods in the summer though.
The music around the main pool was too loud during the day, whilst it is nice to create an atmosphere I felt it didn't need to be at such a high volume.
Overall I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing break and would return to the resort again, thank you to the staff at the hotel.
