Location was second to none, just on the foot of the alps. Views were spectacular. The hotel itself was very friendly, great helpful staff and the food was great. I would highly recommend to families or anyone who is staying in this location. A short taxi ride to the main town. Ideal location.

Location is perfect if wishing to stay outside of city but still close.
Rooms were good, nice bag for hiking & robes for sauna or pool.The shower is great. Breakfast very good. There is a nice sitting area unfortunately missing an option for making coffee early morning, before dinning room opens. Overall we loved the homely atmosphere.

Booked this hotel last minute for a short ski trip and boy were we pleasantly surprised. Room we had was called a 'Gentian' double and was very comfortable and a good size only down side is double bed was two singles pushed together but generally we were very comfortable. Facilities at hotel included a 10m swimming pool and a SPA area with Finnish sauna, sunbed and massage available. We found the Mutters local ski area to be challenging enough for us on a short break (I snowboard and my wife skis) but we are in our 50s so I guess younger folk might find the other areas on offer a greater challenge but more difficult to get to from this hotel. Hotel Seppl provided a minibus to the mutters ski area from where a free ski bus was available to other areas. Facilities for skiing at Mutters were first class. Mostly we used the two long gondola lifts which were swift and warm. Restaurants were amazing. We were impressed at the cleanliness of the facilities throughout the area.
Back to Hotel Seppl and the biggest surprise was the restaurant. We booked half board only to make life easy but boy was that ever a good decision. Six course meals provided each day from a table d'hote menu with two choices of main course. All the food was impressive and though choice was limited to the two mains it was a fantastic addition to the holiday.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a little luxury for their winter ski or summer biking/hiking break.

We stayed here for a week's skiing holiday with children aged 6 and 8. We were collected from the airport by the hotel, despite us being an hour delayed in arriving. The room was great, ideal for us to be able to sit and chat whilst the girls slept in the room next door. Great new shower, and you can sit in the bath and stare at the mountains! The breakfast was extensive and plentiful - typical continental fare but also boiled and scrambled eggs and bacon. They then put on cakes and coffee between 3-5. Dinner is a spectacular 5 courses, each of which are beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. There was one night we had arranged a babysitter (through the hotel, lovely girl!) and needed to feed the girls early. The hotel kindly arranged for a plate of pasta and sauce and pudding before service started, which we had in the bar. Nothing is too much trouble for them (they shuttle people up to the gondola time and again until everyone is up), they are so kind and child friendly, highly recommended hotel.

The crew there is really nice! They'll help you out whenever you need them! I've stayed here three times for business in the lat 2 weeks and got to check out different types of rooms! All were really big as I found... Bigger than the usual standard rooms that you would get at a 4 star hotel... Everything is really clean and the hotel is really neat!
The only thing I didn't like was the plankets... They were kind of small and I wasn't sleeping too good because of that.
Besides that everything was great!
The breakfast is really nice and they have everything you could ask for...
I will come again!
