I stayed here over the weekend to visit the Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park, we had the club room which was small - just makes you think what are the size of the other rooms??
To be fair we only slept here as the whole evening we were out and it did the job, it was around 25-35min walk through Kensington Park and then Hyde Park, we also walked it back but I think in a taxi may take around 5 mins.
The reception was nice and airy and very welcoming as we got a free passion fruit drink very nice and friendly, it was raining and we were offered an umbrella from reception very friendly :)

I recently stayed here for a trip to warner bros studios, being close by to the underground this hotel made everything we had planned to do on our trip easily accesable.. lovely clean hotel, friendly staff and breakfast was very tasty Thanks you

Decent location with just a 5-10 mins walk from Paddington Station. There are also a few shops and places to eat just 5 minutes away too. Very easy bus and taxi routes to Oxford Street and Hyde Park if needed.
The double room was quite small, but was still clean and comfortable. Bed and the modern TV were both great. The ironing board, safe and free mobile phone were all nice touches too. The shower floor was a bit scuffed and the hairdryer plastic slightly melted because it gets too hot, but these minor things were forgivable.
Breakfast with drinks included looked nice with hot and cold choices. We only had a coffee though. The staff were extremely helpful during both the day and night.
Overall it is a pretty small hotel, but still very nice and comfortable. I would consider here again if I’m in the area.

It is a habit for me to stay at this hotel whenever I visit London. Location is excellent and customer service too. Angelo and André were specifically helpful and they represent how lovely hotels staff can be.👍🏻
