Providing an excellent service from all the colleges that we meet in the hotels. Very fast check in process and colleagues are always welcome with smile. Overall staying experience is great. Surely will came back again

We visited Yangzhou from 14-16apr and stayed in Shangri-La Yangzhou...
Not expecting much because of our recent not -so-pleasant stays in Shangri-La Suzhou and St. Regis Osaka, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly staff in all depts there. We were quite a demanding group of 16pax (8rooms) and our numerous special requests were met at all levels. When we needed an early breakfast at 6am they specially opened there breakfast spread early on their Horizon exec lounge to cater to us. When we requested a table of 16pax for a chinese dinner they opened up a private mtg room with all the necessary set up for us...
The only down side was their air conditioning was not functioning well and most of our rooms had the air conditioning switched off automatically in the middle of the night. The Front Desk GSMs were ever apologetic whenever we complained and they tried their best to accommodate to our requests.
Overall a pleasant stay there and we will return to Yangzhou for the next Spring to visit its wonderful gardens and will definitely stay at the Shangri-La again

The wonderful service at this hotel is only matched by the well appointed rooms. The views out over the lake and the city beyond are quite stunning. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for.

Good place to stay in Yangzhou! I always comeback to this Hotel when I am in this area. Especially the Suite is very nice and great for a longer stay. The Spa and Pool is good. The service is very good too.

Outstanding staff, couldn't do enough to ensure my experience was nothing short of spectacular. Convenient location to museum and library and concert hall. Excellent facilities and fine dining. Concierge service went out of their way in assisting my with travel arrangements.
