At the Sheraton batumi hotel we experianced true Georgian hospitality. As a American at first i thought it was just one person, but it was the whole staff going out of their way to be hospitable. The legendary georgian hospitality was on full displany, and as we learned the Georgians are especially fiendly towards Americans. The affinitt towards ameicans is do to recent history of cooperation between the countries and the relatice lack of american tourists.
Even before checkin the staff contacted me to notify of am upgrade and ask if could us anyhelp. At check in they were very coutious to show me all the amenities and the siggts of batumi. The lounge and sauna staff were very courtious. They took the time to provide complementary georian Champaign birthday cake, along with a hand drawn charateratue.

Breakfast was great, SPA facilities and massage were wonderful, staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooftop restaurant had amazing view of the city, bed was very comfortable, amazing speed for the free WiFi.

I highly recommend Sheraton Batumi to everyone who has planned to visit Batumi. Nice and comfortable ambiance, excellent staff, extremely attentive and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel and I would like to express my gratitude to the people who work there.

Excellent location... excellent staff attitude and service... amazing views on the beach... awesome room...you can feel really relaxed and calm...While arriving, I found out coffee, tea, sugar bags and water boiler on my table that was really warm welcome from hotel's side..

Visited Batumi in september-october for business. I did not stay at hotel, just whole group were invited in gala dinner from National Examinations Center. Very impressive ballroom,variety of food, very good local wine and georgian dances show brought us pleasant emotions.Enjoyed fully. Thanks for warm atmosphere, smiley and attentive staff.Whoever managed and took part, very proffesionally orgenized.
