This Sheraton is a large corporate hotel just off Copely Square. The check in was was competent and friendly. Our 25th floor room was small with 2 double beds; and a tiny bathroom. There was a 1" step up to enter the bathroom which proved to be a constant trip opportunity. The room featured contemporary decor and furnishings, a small refer, coffee maker, a safe, no microwave and one bottle of complementary water. It featured a large flatscreen with lots of channels. The bath had good towels and average toiletries. The water glasses were made of glass! The bed and linens were at best good enough.Unfortunately this house has not joined the hospitality world relative to internet access- $9.95 per day ( up to 10 devices) and all calls were charged. Every $75 buck motel in the country comps these services. There was nothing overtly wrong with our stay here, but were we to return to Boston we would look elsewhere for a better experience and value. CT-1

The bed was very very comfortable! It was very clean and comfy...but oh my goodness, it was quite expensive!! The buffet breakfast was expensive too, however ordering off the menu was even more expensive!! I am not cheap....but over 400 a night is lots of money, especially with tax, and more tax it was pennies from 500 dollars! A NIGHT!!! Not a week! lol There is a beautiful mall attached to this Sheraton, and it is full of high end stores and restaurants. If you have a few hours to spare, I encourage you to go over and walk around! It is upbeat, bright, full of very modern pretty stores and places to eat, and get some coffee, wine or a cannoli! yummy!
Also it costs for the internet no matter what. It may be a few dollars cheaper if you are a gold or platinum level member, but you still pay at least 10 plus dollars.

This hotel has been around for a very long time, but it's been kept up to date adequately. The room is not luxurious but is by no means shabby, far from it. Because it has 1200 rooms, you can be sure of two things: low prices and slow room service. But why would you eat in your room in this neighborhood? You can almost always get a room for $100 - $120 in a neighborhood where you can easily pay two or three times that.

Easy access to the convention center. Plenty of hotels and bars nearby. "Backdoor" access to the 3rd floor of the convention center from third floor of Sheraton rather than walking through the covered indoor mall crowd.

I was there for a convention. Hotel was in a great location (directly connected to shops at Prudential Center) so that came in handy during cold and rainy Boston days, especially for a convention. There were several going on at the same time as mine.
My room was nice, but looked refurbished. Bathroom lighting could have been better.
I am an SPG Platinum so I had access to the lounge. You had to take only two elevators to access the Lounge and it was annoying, especially if you just wanted a drink or a snack. But, the Lounge had a fantastic view over the river. Breakfast had no meat and evening snacks were not hearty.
There were two workout rooms, one for weights and the other for cardio. There was a chilly pool, but no hot tub :-(
Overally, good hotel, but nothing special. However, the location in Boston is in the middle of everything.
