What can I say, very central -- super view of downtown, reasonable prices for where it is, nice rooms, well insulated for surrounding noise and very friendly and helpful staff. Nice albeit small swimming pool.

Staff here are very helpful and my SPG Lifetime Platinum upgrades are some of the best around. The Club Lounge is spacious and, unlike USA lounges, offers decent canapés, including hot options, in the evenings with a more than adequate breakfast.
Direct access to PATH system is a real plus and the drop off area in arrivals in big enough to accommodate plenty of cars.
My only gripe would be that the soundproofing doesn't! At the front, traffic noise, even on higher floors, is audible as are the loudspeakers for events happening across the road at 7am!

The hotel room was awesome. I enjoy the view of the square. The staff was great and full of information about the city. The hotel restaurants where beautiful and food the great. The shops were awesome. The food court was awesome

This is a lovely hotel and our room was very clean and comfortable with a large bed. It is very convenient for getting around with a little shopping mall in the basement. The only complaint would be that the only free wifi is in the lobby area.

Located in very central downtown location. Room was nice size and very clean. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Everything in room was in perfect working order. Washroom was nice size, clean and well stocked. Long time bellhops are extremely friendly and helpful. Valet parking is extremely slow showing no sense of urgency whether arriving or departing.
