We love doing events at Sheraton Cerritos! Jose, our Banquet Captain, is the epitome of gracious. He is happy to do whatever we need. He ,like his staff, is fast, efficient and sincere that we have the best experience. We look forward to our return!

Checked in quickly to a modern, well appointed room. Bed was very comfy. Room was quiet. Hot water too. I was very tired so I crashed and woke up to a sunny cool California morning. I went down for breakfast and noted right away that it was a buffet or a la carte. It is not free. However, mine was free. I was given a free breakfast because the key I was given the night before did not work when I arrived at the door to my room. I had to go all the way back and get a new one. I complained and was given a breakfast coupon. Good service! Breakfast was very good. The hotel had arranged for a Taxi and it arrived to collect me on time. Thanks!!! Very nice place!

Easy, friendly check in and a room upgrade changed the tone of a long, harried day of travel. Sweet little outdoor pool. Convenient little Starbucks at the front door. Nice little places to sit in the lobby. And across the street is everything we needed, from a Walmart to a Trader Joe's and much much more. Good quiet location, ironically just off the freeway. This will be our go-to hotel in the Los Angeles area from here on out.

This is a great hotel. The room was super. The bed was comfortable - in fact, it may have been the best sleep (back to back nights) that I have ever had outside of my home. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. I will be back.

2nd time staying there and the 3rd time finding stains on the sheet. The first time was a few weeks ago and the manager helped me changed the room; the new room had a blood stain on the side of the mattress.. manger checked the stain with the special light saying it’s not human fluid which is great.. it was ONLY nail polish! What a relief for him! I gave this hotel another shot last night because it’s the closest one to my work, it turned out I found stains on the sheet AGAIN! The receptionist showed up in my room to check the stains and he immediately grossed out and said it was not acceptable.. they couldn’t change my room because they ran out of rooms. A housekeeping lady showed up to change the sheet and everything, I found more stains on the pillow case that she just changed and also on the side of the mattress.. I simply gave up to argue or ask for anything from this hotel— I was extremely tired after a long day at work, I couldn’t get the rest I need but frustration and feeling disguisted.. I just hope whoever decides to stay in this hotel, please make sure you check the sheet before sleep for your own god health sake!
