The minute we walked in the lobby we were greeted by Iris, the front desk rep and Jeff, the hotel manager. They are the epitome of southern hospitality and charm. I love the SPG brand and this Sheraton property did not disappoint. We told them we were here for the UNC vs WCU game and Iris informed us we didn't even have to drive and could take the hotel shuttle within 5 miles of the hotel to and from, completely complimentary. I definitely have listed this hotel as a "favorite" and will return again. Definitely ask for Iris or Jeff and do take advantage if the "club room access". Great weekend get away!

This is my go to hotel when I am in Chapel Hill, the front desk staff is super always friendly. The hotel is close to a ton of shopping and great restaurants, South Point shopping and restaurants complex is just 15 minutes away.

We came to UNC for a meeting and checked in late at night. The room of the hotel is small, and the bathroom is smaller than a "Sheraton" should have. The location is convenient if you have activities in nearby universities. The bed is not small and is comfortable. Our problem for one room (we have two rooms) was when we first went into the room, we saw the windows were wide open, room temperature was in low 60s F, and some drawers were open. One room had a robe, which appeared not clean, and the other room had no robe. I called the front desk and received verbal apology like nothing important. This is a Sheraton we did not expect.

I’ve travelled with the orchestra tour from China . My friend left a toy bear in the hotel and such an important thing for her !! And the staff kindly send it to our next stop in Chicago on time !! And we also have a comfortable night in the sheraton hotel !!!

Great stay at another great Sheraton hotel! A quick stay to see some friends after visiting family nearby. The staff was very pleasant and helpful as I haven't been to Chapel Hill before. Great recommendations for area destinations to visit and dine during my quick stay.
Clean and capable guest rooms and a lovely Executive Lounge with a variety of offerings each day. Cant wait to return soon! Thank you for an awesome stay!
