We stayed at the Sheraton for a conference and had dinner and drinks two nights in a row at their Asado Brasserie restaurant. Great food and truly awesome service by Manna! She was attentive, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and fun.

Stayed at this hotel as we visited our son at the University of Maryland. Close to shopping center, diner and a movie theatre within walking distance. Rooms are a little dated but otherwise clean. Would stay there again.

I only stayed here for one night because it was the wedding reception location of a wedding I attended. The rooms are average. You can tell that this is an older hotel, maybe that is supposed to be a part of its charm. The air conditioning system is loud and there seems to be a constant hum going on in the entire hotel. I didn't not sleep well because of this hum, not sure where is was coming from. The bed was pretty comfortable though. You will not be allowed to call down to check out. The front desk associate made me come downstairs and turn in my room keys. I'm used to checking out through the app (not an option in the case because of discounted rate) OR calling down to guest services.

My experience was AMAZING as USUAL...
Trent Caruso Sales Manager was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and she always goes out of her way to meet my needs. She made sure my guest as well as myself had all we needed and beyond.
Upon checking in and as well as OUT of the Sheraton the ladies at the Front Desk (Dionne & Aryelle) were WONDERFUL, assuring our guest received there breakfast vouchers and there small gift bag upon checking in... which I so appreciated.
Mona Liza Tinaz Catering Manager, made sure every DETAIL of my event was in order, from tables, chairs, napkins and table clothes just to name a few... she regularly communicated with me assuring everything met my wants and needs. She was truly a GEM!!!
During my event on Saturday, Anthony Arbeeny was on TOP of everything... some of my guest arrived late due to an accident, Anthony made sure they were taken care of; he waited until they arrived and seated before serving dinner. Everyone in attendance said the meal was Definitely WORTH THE WAIT it was DELICIOUS. He made sure our day was a successful one and IT CERTAINLY WAS.

Francisco - Restaurant (Overseer???) Always a JOY to see, Francisco always welcomes myself and my guest with an AWESOME Smile and Outstanding service. That means an awful lot first thing in the morning, which he displays every time I see him.

We stayed here for a 3-day conference recently, and I have almost zero complaints. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower had nice spray, and there was a good supply of hot water. There wasn't a lot of counter space in the bathroom, but it was decent. There was a safe in the closet, which is a plus. And there's a mini-fridge, another plus.
The conference room chairs were fairly comfy, and the room was a decent temperature. The hotel catering provided lunch, and I thought both meals were really good! Food was seasoned well, and quite satisfying.
My only cons are both very small, but I'll note them here anyway.
* A pet peeve of mine is when housekeeping turns your air down to some crazy number. We had actually turned the air off since it was cool overnight. When we came back, they had turned it on like 62. Why?
* One of the elevators needs servicing. There's 3, and the other 2 open/close as they should. the janky one is very slow to close, and one day it acted like it would close a few times, but just kept opening back. Weird!
There's a shopping center across the street with grocery store, a couple fast food places, and a couple of sit down restaurants.
We'd definitely stay here again.
