I stayed at this property after my regular property was full. And I must say after the great service I have received from this one lady Traci Lopez. After three managers kept saying they were going to handle a situation and calling corporate. She handled it with such grace and professionalism. That the Sheraton is lucky to have her. I won’t go into detail what took place. I will say this now will be me my place to stay. For business travel and personal travel in Phoenix. My room was clean, the hotel was clean, the food was great, And everything ms Lopez said she was going to fix and do she did. And did a follow up call and email. Than you. L. Tucker

Located adjacent to freeway 17, easy to access but not very quiet. The hotel deserves its 3 star rating, however some upgrades have been done. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient but is seems to stop there. The hotel restaurant should be avoided except for breakfast. Many good places to eat close by including Bobby Q's.

This Sheraton hotel must be one of the original hotels in Phoenix it's huge! . The lobby is newly remodeled and beautiful with a nice restaurant and bar . Our room #528 had very comfortable beds n pillows. The carpet was worn and our air conditioner was very loud which we just decided to turn off so we could sleep . Our breakfast was served in their restaurant buffet style . It was delicious ! We had a waitress who seated us n kept serving us coffee n drinks . Everyone was very professional and polite. Sure the rooms are old but I was surprised at how clean it was , 3 cheers for Housekeeping!!!

I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago for a conference. Recently, my daughter turned 18 and all she wanted was to go swimming. I remembered this hotel had a slide so I booked room last minute. It then became a small family gathering (we live locally) by our immediate family. There are signs about no outside food and myself working in a hotel once before knows it is prohibited. However, I decided to take a chance - I asked the staff if we could have cake and Pizza on the property for my daughter's birthday. I was asked to hold on . . . hoping the answer would not be no, i waited. The gentleman came back and said we have the courtyard set up for you and your party!!!!! WHAT!!!! My daughter was blessed beyond measure. We know that God arranged it - it was beautiful. She swam from 5pm to 11pm lol and had a great time. The staff was sweet even when we locked items in the pool after hours they were not bothered by us asking to get back in. My sister even dropped her credit card and someone brought it to us. My daughter felt like a princess. THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS AMAZING - ALLISON, PRESTON, & CARLOS.

We got an excellent deal at this hotel and stayed here on a family trip to Arizona. The highlight of the trip for my four-year-old son was the water slide at this hotel. We found the hotel to be a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. We had a view of the mountains from the tiny balcony in our room. The staff in the little store in the lobby where you can buy coffee was always friendly. We used the hotel as a base to see the sights in Scottsdale and even for a day trip to Sedona. If you are looking for an inexpensive, family-friendly option in Phoenix, this is a good choice.
