A quiet and clean hotel and a homely atmosphere. The breakfast spread is good and very filling. Closer to the lake and can take a stroll on decent weather days. The place was being decorated for Thanks giving and Christmas and could see that the entire staff were doing up the Place..

I've stayed at the hotel many times traveling to Duluth, MN to visit family. A change in travel plans made my arrival for my most recent trip delayed by one day - the hotel refused to provide a refund or credit for a future stay. HORRIBLE policy, to alienate a customer over a $140.00 charge - there are many, many great hotel options in Duluth, I'll be choosing a different hotel in the future - hope you do also.

Our room was clean and comfortable, nice beds with plenty of pillows, clean bathroom. Staff was friendly, except I had to ask them about the parking situation and they weren't very clear. I would give 5 stars but I felt it was expensive for the parking lot view and lack of amenities in the room, but I suppose that is to be expected for Duluth on a weekend.

I was out walking and I decided to just get a place for the night. Walked in with no reservations so I was not expecting to get a room. The staff was great and they helped me out for the night. The room was nice with a water view and great beds. We ate down at the restaurant and had a few cold beers. It was a nice stay

What I like most about the Sheraton Hotel is the great happy bar and club room. It's so hard to find a bar in hotels these days that makes a great calamari and martini!? The double queen bed rooms are a little small, but the shower is clean, mattresses extremely comfortable and staff is attentive. The location is great in relation to Canal Park. The parking is not so great, since one has to walk to the hotel, but it's safe and the lobby is so fabulous! I love the leather couches and happy "energy" that the hotel invites. Staff is friendly, and the restaurant is convenient with great food. If you pay a little extra for the club room it affords some free appetizers and great drink service in a room with TV and comfy couches. Relaxing!
