Sheraton Four Seasons Hotel is big and busy. We stayed for a soccer tournament weekend. There were many activities goning on in the hotel: meetings, weddings, soccer families.
Check in and out went smoothly. We had a family suite for the 4 of us and it was perfect.
The room was clean and nicely laid out with 2 bathrooms, 2 double beds and a murphy double bed.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Quick check-in and out. Hotel immaculate. Our room was in tower 2. Very large and bedding was super. Walk in shower was a great surprise. We even had lots of hot water for showers. Housekeeping did a super job every day. Never had to ask for extras. Even has Starbucks coffee in the room!

Just came back from a wonderfull trip attending the USA softball council meeting ,the staff was great the bartender crew,the manager of dinning took great care of our crew,the rooms were clean,roomy .

I stayed there a week for a conference and found the rooms to be very comfortable. The ventilation was easy to regulate to make the room a comfortable temperature. The beds, bedding, and pillows offered a good nights sleep. Joseph's restaurant was good quality and reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a large hotel combined with a convention center which was a very busy place during my stay. My stay was on the 7th floor, according to the bell staff in the "new part of the hotel". Apparently this was a small hotel years ago and was changed to a convention center with hotel. Check in was very busy, took a while, staff extremely busy but did get everything done in a timely manner. Bell staff very nice and helpful. Business center was helpful to have. Room was small but comfortable. Area had a small mall across the street that was close enough to walk, several restaurant choices close by.
In my opinion, not the best choice for stay if in the Greensboro area, especially if there are events in the convention center. Elevators get busy during peak times, extremely busy in my stay.
Room furnishings were ok, not very comfortable for a long stay. Bedding was adequate but nothing special.
My opinion for the price, check prior to your stay to see what may be going on in the convention center. Stay away and make another choice for stay if there are events in the area.
