This is my first time to visit Guiyang and stay in this hotel. The hotel’s location is very convenient. I am so grateful for all the hotel team's hospitality, especially, I would like to thank William who is the duty manager on that day. He is such a gentleman and showed great help. Given I checked in hotel around 11 a.m., the front desk team tried their best to put me in a nice river view room, and William guided me to the room. I would like to compliment the bellboy who helped me with the luggage, and friendly talked to me and provided some useful information. I feel this hotel is home far away from home. Looking forward to next time!

Quite ordinary 5 star, not much to say really. Rooms clean and good size. Everything working alright.
Service average. A sleepy 5 star hotel perhaps in need of some modernization. Location is very good in city center.

I stayed here for 2 night and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are a good size, very clean and the lounge was really nice too. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not all of them speak English (it is China so no big deal). It is well located with some good places to eat and a good club across the street. I will stay there on my next trip to Guiyang City

Nice clean wonderful hotel. Service from front desk to bell hop was good. Not all persons working the front desk commands good English but there where a few who understood enough. No problem getting money changed from large bills to smaller bills.
Nice selection of breakfast foods including noodles, breads, pastry, juices, cold cuts eggs etc. As in most hotels in China, complementary slippers are included in the room. Bathroom has separate shower and tub. My room had 2 double beds with a firm mattress and 4 pillows.. I would stay here again.

Since Guiyang is not a modern city, Sheraton Guiyang is just a hotel using Sheraton logo but you will never get a chance to experience valuable service here.
Arrival: Bell boy was able to deliver my luggage to front desk but no escort and no welcoming verbiage.
Check in: Front desk lady did not smile to me at all. She did not even call my last name through the whole process. When she asked me to sign the registration form, she did tell me where to sign and she just behaved so weird. Her grooming was great, she looked very professional, but i felt like i owned her lot of money. It's really not a great experiences at all. Besides, when i was checking in at front desk, there were other 3 staff chatting with each other and i could clearly hear what they said, very unprofessional.
Bell: He helped me to deliver my luggage and asked the purpose of my visit.
I stayed this hotel to attend my friend's wedding, the decoration of ballroom was awesome.
Breakfast: It was average level food was pretty tasty, but the coffee was a disaster. I went down to lobby lounge to get another cup of coffee coz i believe it would be much better. It disappointed me once again and it cost me 68 RMB.
Room Service: I ordered Club sandwich, but it was cold. I was in hurry to catch my flight otherwise i would eat it.
Fitness center: I used gym twice, the facility was good. But the staff there asked me to add his we chat which was unacceptable.
Overall, do not expect sth luxury, It's just a place to sleep.
