The Hotel is very nice and very friendly staff all around you. Everyone is helpful even if its not related to there department / restaurant / coffee shop.
The lawns are lush and green and very well maintained.
The rooms are very comfortable and clean.

The whole hotel is generally nice, I loved the well trimmed green gardens and trees that provide sufficient fresh air inside and out of the building. The building is not damaged and looks appealing. I liked the staff who were smart and at any disposal to help with directions and services. I would say in short, the place is so welcoming.

I have run into a number of issues with visas, flight, luggage etc. Every time, the team at concierge and reception kindly advise and support me. Special thanks to Carol and Yunes who have supported me in a broken bag and a missed flight.

I had a fantastic time at the Sheraton Kampala. The hospitality was amazing. The rooms, the meals and the general reception was quite exceptional. I would recommend the hotel to my friends and all my contacts.

I have stayed at the Sheraton multiple times on business trips to Kampala. Overall I have been very satisfied with the room, food options and service. One item that has been problematic is the band playing late into the early morning hours - when arriving as I usually do late at night and needing to sleep, loud music until 2:30am is not helpful.
