The Sheraton Lagos is perfect. Minutes from the airport, the rooms are spacious and have been renovated. WiFi is excellent. The food is delicious (especially in the Italian restaurant). But the most important is the TEAM. Everything is made for YOU. A perfect, paramount place in Lagos!

First stay at the hotel and are in overall very happy with my stay.
Check in procedure was fast and efficient.
Breakfast was not that great but had the essentials. Staff was however very friendly.
Room Service lunch was great with the servings hot and tasty.
Room bathroom needs an upgrade. Basin plug leaks alot.
Shower in bath is uncomfortable and is not user friendly for a tall person.
Bed was comfortable and linen was clean and fresh.
Dinner buffet servings was not that great as some servings did not look appetizing. Staff was however friendly and helpful.
Wifi was slow and buffers a lot when viewing videos.

Stayed here 3 nights for Crusade prepaid the booking with a preference of having 2 single beds in our room as we were two men sharing the room. On arrival pre booked preference was ignored and we were told that first thing in the morning a room would be made available for us. Nothing happened for any of the 3 nights we stayed there. My friend had to sleep on an uncomfortable mattress for three nights while we payed top dollar.
Come checkup the duty manager was unaccommodating and unhelpful and refused to reimburse some of the costs incurred while staying extremely uncomfortable. Reimbursed a fraction of the diner bill which equates to probably 1% of the total bill for our stay
Food took long and some meals were not as asked for. Taste of hamburgers were off also not given what i asked for
Overall a very bad hotel experience will never stay nor refer anyone there. While some of the staff were friendly we encountered more rude staff than friendly ones!!
Wish i rather stayed in intercontinental as initially planned!

Well, the headline says it all...
The Hotel has seen some few changes over the years and apart from the Club rooms all others require renovations and upgrades to the 21st Century but when considering the operating environment one must admit that the staff is trying hard to ensure that their guests can enjoy their stay.

I've stayed here twice and had pretty much the same experience both times. It is an OK hotel but a bit pricey for what it offers. It is close to the airport which is a def. plus; avoid arriving/departing at peak hours and you can get to the airport in 10 minutes or so. Rooms are OK, a bit dated but with comfy beds and clean bathroom (but the shower was very weird).
Breakfast and lunch buffet were OK but the coffee is really not good so bring your own if you care about coffee quality. Italian restaurant is overpriced and food not good.
The business center is open 24/7 which is great but it was a total rip-off so avoid unless you really have to use it! Internet is OK and free=+
