The Sheraton is a convention hotel- always busy. It provides the amenities of clean, comfortable rooms, some with wonderful views, and the staff is fine, but it is definitely a convention hotel. The breakfast buffet is reasonably priced and children eat for free- made to order eggs are available. Although limited in variety, everything was delicious, especially the fresh fruit.
Our waitress was charming and attentive.
I am giving it a 4 star rating because of the incredible location- overlooking the harbor. Walk outside, and you have the waterfront with restaurants, museums, harbor tours etc. No need for a car while you are here!

Good place to stay, comfortable. No complimentary breakfast. Hotel staff very helpful with the couple of issues that we had. Within walking distance of several great places to eat and also on the water for a good view.

This hotel is located right next to the waterfront and next to a upscale eatery. It is very convenient to downtown and many restaurants. The service at the hotel was very good and the staff are very friendly. It is a good place to stay for both vacation and business.

Stayed here during a organized conference and visiting family. The hotel is currently under repair. It is a bit worn but still nice. The Managment staff was accommodating. The staff in the dining area could use more customer care training. It was almost as if I was asking them to walk my dog in the rain when I just wanted egg whites. I asked for more towels at the front desk, they called room service for me. Two hours later I just walked the floor until I found someone cleaning another room and asked for more towels. Where is the service there? I gave this hotel three stars because it is in a great location. It would be one star if based on customer care and the Wear and tear of the room.

If you book this don’t expect to get a nights sleep. 11pm woken by vacuuming and furniture banging. Called front desk put on hold 4 times ask for manager to call back and finally had to get dressed and go downstairs. Cleaners cleaning room next to me 😳. They clean rooms at night. I guess their sign saying be quiet and considerate to others doesn’t mean them!! No night manager “ supervisor “ attitude Sorry what you want me to do . Worst night ever !!!!
