The service was excellent - the staff were friendly and highly accommodating.
The room was very well equipped and comfortable, offering a very restful night's stay. I particularly liked the Green initiatives, including a rewards scheme - in exchange for forgoing housekeeping service, you could receive $5 to spend in the restaurant/bar.
The location was also extremely convenient for the University of Pennsylvania conference facilities and for the 30th Street Station.

We were there for Upenn family weekend. The hotel is beautiful perfectly situated adjacent to the campus. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the bedding/pillows are very comfortable. The staff was universally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Audrey Krijt who went out of her way to help us. The breakfast on the club level was excellent. Thanks chef Michael for a great omelette!

Spent a couple nights at the Sheraton for Penn's Family Weekend recently, and had the pleasure of enjoying Chef Michael's freshly prepared omelettes in the members' lounge. Yum! Mine with cheese, tomatoes, ham, and green peppers. Wife had hers with cheese, chopped bacon, and mushrooms. Both were a full meal, had good consistency, and very tasty. And, his service was quick and professional.
Also, kudos to the hard-working women who tend the hungry hordes who descend on the lounge each morning! They deserve more appreciation. Looking forward to my next visit.

Walking distance from the University of Pennsylvania campus, my room was huge with great views of city, a separate bedroom and living area, and great modern bathroom. There is a also a cute restaurant connected to the lobby! The SPG lounge is also really nice and on the 20th floor.

I've been staying here for 3 nights in a row once a month for three months and it does feel like home away from home, particularly because Davida has made sure, every single time, that everything is comfortable and ready for me. I have traveled extensively around the world and have never encountered someone so thoughtful, kind, attentive and responsible as Davida is. She is welcoming, understanding, and just 100% perfect in guest relations and beyond. Thank you Davida! I also want to say thank you to the rest of the staff because everyone has always been fantastic, including the folks who kindly store our luggage before and after check out. Thank you so much for your great labor!
Oh and I also wanna add that the cleaning staff and breakfast staff (on 20th floor) are also outstanding! I feel very lucky I've had the opportunity to stay here every month. Everyone is genuinely caring, responsible, respectful and they make my stay truly a pleasure. Thank you so much for the great work you each do!
