Stayed for 4 nights in November 2017 on arrival we were told our room would not be ready until after 1500 which was never explained to us prior to arrival so we were left to wander with our bags for a couple of hours. Hotel overall was smart and staff generally courteous and friendly. Room had a sea view and was clean and of a good standard free tea and coffee and well equipped.
The pool area and hotel was very tidy and well maintained and had excellent access to the massive area of beach front they even have a buggy to take you to the water if you are not to fit as it is a few hundred yards walk .
It is a little way from the main bars and restaurants around the Pier 60 area of the town but the hotel had a deal with the trolley bus company so guest got free rides which was handy if you wanted to venture from the hotel into the town for a drink etc
The only downside was I think the management need to join the 21st century $10 a day for WiFi in 2017 get with it guys even 2 and 3 star holes have free WiFi nowadays .

Front Desk manager Jerry couldn't have been nicer to us, giving us a late check-out right away. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool was large and lined with palms. Marsha ran the lounge and dispensed free drinks with a simile. The gulf was a bit of a walk from pool (1/4 mile) but great for strolling and shell hunting and had a shuttle if wanted. The luncheonette had unlimited frozen yogurt. Needs NBA league pass on their TVs.

What a lovely location, so easy to get about.
Hotel great views we stayed on the 5th floor below would have been trying to look through palm trees for your view. So suggest floor 5 or above. Gorgeous sunsets, and right on the beach front, large beach so if you don’t fancy the stroll you can take the buggy to the sea. Take a ride on the Jolly Trolley, this will pick you up from the hotel door and drop you off, just pick up a timetable and route map, it’s free to ride if you show your room card. Everyone so very friendly and helpful. Coeliac’s eating at hotel or out are well catered for.

From the moment we entered the facilities we really felt very invited. All the concierge team were very friendly and helpful. Lots of smiles and welcoming comments from the staff over our long weekend. Great service to the beach and really an all in one holiday hotel. Great gym and pool. Good restaurant choices and snack options and a free tram in and out of down town. Fireworks on the beach and a very cool fire pit! Great for families!

Stunning hotel with possibility the best customer service I've ever encountered in a hotel to date.
My family & I (2 kids under 12) had the pleasure of a 7 night stay in this excellent hotel over the first week of November.
Fabulous hotel, excellently presented both inside and out. Bedrooms, restaurant, bar, pool area, lobby, private beach all immaculately presented each day.
However, what really sets this hotel apart is the customer service and care and attention from all the staff - ALL the staff. Truly excellent one and all, a credit to themselves and the management.
I could waffle on about location and services and more but in all honesty it's the staff & the service that will bring us back here again one day.
