Beautiful room with a great view even though we could only see a tiny bit of Elliot Bay. Great plush carpet and really nice furnishings. Easy check-in/out, quick valet, and Loulay was a treat. Busy place. Only drawback was the club lounge. Not much in the way of breakfast have had much better at many Sheratons throughout the world.

The hotel is downtown, with a good location. Rooms area bit too large. Lots of elevator banks, which I really, really like. hotel is very big. Internet is fine. I thought a bit cheecky to offer US$5 credit not to have the room cleaned. That saves the hotel like US$15/day, but they give you effective value of US$2 (because you are still paying profit on the room). Its cheeky and cheap. My criticism of the gym is it is far away.

Checked in for Club level at Seattle Sheraton last evening.
Reception couldn't figure out how to charge the club access level fee.
This is after I called 24 hour ago, direct to hotel to confirm . After about twenty minutes they did, we got to the room put our bags down and walked to the 32nd floor club level
What a disaster. The servers sat in their little serving room most of the time, talking away. No one I charge, no manager present. The club room looked dirty, stuff & plates strewn around, the snack ( very pathetic offering) plates empty.
Why is it that a hotel chains like this doesn't understand that their reps are built and broken on real customer experience, regardless of how much marketing spend they do?
The room: was hot, A/c was not cooling room down. They brought in an industrial plastic fan late night
Beds: hard. Oh we should have gone to Hilton, great beds !
Feel very sad giving such a rating, but they really could do better. Had a terrible night
Great location etc, The GM & Management of hotel needs to get with the program & manage better

Fine trip with the hotel up to it's usual standard easy check in, fine staff, super downtown location easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Interesting drink's in the Fountain Bar
Look forward to returning in Julu

Perfect location for business (next to convention center) and Seattle attractions during free time. Quiet at night. Very useful mini food store with convenient hours. Water and shower pressure excellent even in top floor. No flow fluctuation at peak usage hours.
