I was there for a conference. We were well over 100 people for a few days. While there, the service was good. We had a banquet dinner and service was nice and friendly. Housekeeping were very kind. The problem happened after I left. I forgot my bathing suit and a sports bra in the drawer of the room. I called and asked if there was a way to get those belongings back. I was transferred 5 different times in the span of 24 hours. Nobody ever called me back. Finally, when I called and asked to speak to a manager, they asked why I was calling. When I explained, the girl said "we found your belongings". Great I thought the only problem is, she wanted my credit card to pay for the shipping without ever telling me how much it would cost. When I objected she 'went on the website to see how much FedEx charges'. She estimates that it will be around $40. Total, there is less than 1lb of stuff to ship. I have forgotten something at a restaurant before and they shipped it free of charge. We spent $200 at the restaurant..imagine how much 100+ room plus banquet plus 2 day conference ran up. I'd personally stay away - I like places that go above and beyond, not those that gouge you.

My sister and I stayed three days at the hotel and had a great time! The people that work there are AMAZING!!! They are such hard working, attentive, helpful people!! Just the best! We were there for the Imagine No Religion conference and food was provided by the hotel and every meal was terrific!! Fresh and tasty! The pool was divine!!! Perfect temperature and an incredible view of the planes landing/taking off!! Our room was well insulated because we were never bothered by any noise from the airport. Lovely stay! Would go back anytime!

I checked in here for one night when landing from the UK.
The reception service was good, the room was quite dark and well maintained but I would guess a few years old.
Breakfast was good.
Overall i would recommend this hotel if you in transit, otherwise there are many other options if you are happy to travel away from the airport.

Hats off to Leo, who checked us in efficiently and smoothly. He told us about the "UP" train, which runs directly from the airport terminal, to Downtown Toronto in about 25 minutes! We were able to go to the "UP" attendant's stand, and get a 7 hour pass (for the same price as a 1 way ticket). (There are no signs telling you this - his tip paid off). We spent a good 6 hours exploring the Downtown markets, and the City, and then came back to the hotel. We heard no noise on the 5th floor at all. It was a good, and very convenient, stay!

Recently spent a 4 day, three night stay here. We had a nice room overlooking the golf course. Rooms were lovely - updated, clean, well appointed, with Starbucks coffee! Beds were very comfortable. The staff were outstanding, pleasant and accommodating. Would have been perfect but for the distraction during the conference of hearing planes (right overhead on take-off...but it is an airport hotel after-all!) We dined at the restaurant - had the impressive breakfast buffet, as well an excellent dinner. The wait staff were attentive, anticipating our needs. Other meals were taken at nearby (walking distance) restaurants (Jack Asters, Montanas, Mother Tuckers, and more). Came away feeling like I'd been on vacation!
