It’s a beautiful hotel. Clean, nice gym and pool, beautiful view from the room. Staff were nice. There’s a mall across the street and nice restaurants everywhere. There’s also a shuttle that will take you to various places so be sure to check on that before you take a cab. My client was close to the university. The shuttle practically dropped me off at the door.

Friendly professional staff made a huge difference at a recent conference at the Guildford. With large numbers requiring food, checking in, checking out etc all at the same time, the staff at the Guildford made it seamless. My room had a particularly lovely mountain view. I especially appreciated their "green room" program. I did not require maid service daily and asked for the green service. They compensated me with vouchers from the restaurants/bars in the hotel for every day of my stay.
The conference food (both lunches and dinners) was served hot and fresh and was very good.

What a beautiful hotel! Went on a business trip with my co worker for a conference that was held within the hotel. The beds were amazing, the room was awesome! The morning breakfast was the best I have ever seen! So much to choose from! The lunch the hotel serviced at the conference was just as amazing! Looking forward to our next stay for the next conference!

I've been going to this hotel for about 20 years, and service the last 5 had vastly improved. Staff very nice and helpful. Housekeeping, always go out of their way whenever you see them. Club floor is great with breakfast included. I've only eaten at the restaurant once but breakfast buffet was good.

I splurged and used my Airmiles account to obtain a higher level room - one that allows access to the Club Floor. Must say I was VERY impressed with the new decor. Have been going to this hotel for a few consecutive years for the same conference and really appreciate the great improvement in decor. Very classy! Very modern. Very clean - as usual. The staff - again, as I have come to expect - were more than helpful at check in. I arrived at 9 am. Check in is at 3. They found me a room that was ready to go so I did not have to store my bags and worry about them for 6 hours. Also, I needed late checkout due to meetings, and had no problem staying until 3 at no extra cost. Spent $9 on parking and was happy to once again eat in the restaurant. Great Food, Great service!
