Booked a 4 night stay, second night they have a rock concert at the convention center next door. No sleep possible. Front desk offered ear plugs, still waiting for manager to call back at 11:30 pm. Not much of a resort, stay away. Hotel is a bad value for the price.

I visited for 2 nights with a friend and was very impressed with the facility's on offer. The hotel is ideal for Family holidays or those traveling who like to be outside the city. Staff are very friendly and helpful, gave some excellent advice on local activities. Only reason for not giving 5/5 is the construction going on around the property which we should have been advised about before arrival. I will definitely come back again in the future.

The grounds are lovely. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. But for this level of hotel I would have expected better bar and restaurant options. Choices were minimal, very expensive for what they were, and the bar staff in particular were aloof and disinterested. We got so annoyed at the poor service in the bar that we walked out after waiting for 25 minutes to get service.

I stayed at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse 2 weeks ago for a Tech Conference. It's funny because one of the event Speakers discussed how everyone expects "great" so great is not good enough. You have to "Wow" to make an impression. Wild Horse's service did just that. I gave 4 stars because the rooms, food, etc. were decent, but did not wow me. However, the staff and service were exceptional! Especially Michael, the bellman. He was so nice and attentive. There was also a Barista who was amazing! Morning staff...I think brown hair, maybe glasses. She got rocked due to the crowd and still went above and beyond! There was also an awesome blonde bartender and the maid service was great! Recommend!

The rooms are average for a resort of this kind, but pleasant. Views are beautiful. When I was there there was a great deal of noisy construction, which was loud and persistent, so made the use of the balcony impossible. The real disappointment was the hotel bar and main restaurant. Drinks were average, food below average, and the service poor.
