We had read a lot of good review about this hotel and with the same expectations we two family decided to visit Ooty by staying at Sherlock. When we reached at the hotel we were welcomed by the staff with very beautiful smile, we were bit upset with the approach road they have in the main entrance as every review says (Management need to look in to it) otherwise property is maintained very well, decorated with olden style of attraction, very well maintained beautiful garden.
Service was provided by Sherlock team very fantastic, prompt. food was very good & tasty. Limited and selected cuisine thou in their Adler's menu. Staff was very helpful with their cheerful way of approaching to their guest.
Recommended to everyone who wants to stay at the place where very peaceful and beautiful location.

It's an amazing place for family and friends .enjoyed the stay .place is too beautiful and serene . Rooms are very neat and tidy. Would surely recommend it to all my friends and family.
Loved the food ,ambience and the service is just fabulous. Staff is very prompt in all our needs and requirements. Specially MR. SANJAY. He has been an amazing host and made us feel extremely comfortable. We are looking forward to the trip again with our extended family members. Kudos to Sherlock and his team.

We had an excellent stay at Sherlock (). The hosts were extremely hospitable and courteous.The property is just amazing ,although located a little away from the Market Centre. Recommended for people who would enjoy the typical rustic ,Colonial Bungalow stay and privacy. The theme of the Bungalow is based on Sherlock Holmes, as the name suggests.
The staff made every efforts to ensure our stay was as comfortable .
Would highly recommend .

It's a home away from home. .highly recommended stay in ooty ..very cooperative staffs gave their best efforts to make our stay perfect and memorable. .Sanjay and Shabnam were constantly in touch with their guests making them feel homely...overall staffs were very nice...the hotel was beautiful as ooty..I must say after discovering ooty I find best place in ooty is sherlock homes..
My best wishes with all of you..my son still misses his Sanjay darju. ..

If you want t spend peaceful time and need some privacy ,best place to be at Sherlock's theme bungalow ... Little outside yet beautiful . One thing I like most about it proactive staff ,prompt service and well mannered staff . Specially manager Sanjay he connects with you sweetly and keep u comfortable all the time......in most of reviews w found his name and at t end even w felt same ,he deserves applause .....thank you Sanjay for making our ooty trip comfortable and memorable .
