Not the first time I've stayed here and most certainly won't be the last. I just love the entire set up of the place and location it really brings you close to nature. There are however few points like the air conditioning in the rooms towards the back are not effective and probably the television sets too. Food at the restaurant is good but on the expensive side and 25% surcharge on room service is close to day light robbery. The staff is very courteous and most room service and restaurant team has remained unchanged over the years which great in today's times.

The place is really great with lot of open space. The food was also good overall except for a starter platter which had some stale potato stuffing. They have a good variety of food and cost is also pretty reasonable. But the service was terribly slow.

Shikarbadi was accidently reach over while searching for some great meal during our journey towards nathdwara. Our first hand experdience was wow, awesome. We were so hungry so directly went to dinning for such a great and tasty food experience at not extra cost compare to fine dining. We take walk in deer farm which is feel of jungle safari atleast 100 deer and no.s of peacocks. One can take unlimited lunch option and freely access swiming pool.

Undoubtedly a great experience. This hotel, probably a hunting lodge of the royalty earlier is nestled near a lake and a deep park. Deer, peacocks and monkeys roam around freely outside the rooms. The hotel also has an airstrip where small aircraft can land. this apart, the king's royal stud farm, polo and cricket grounds are also in the vicinity. The rooms are well furnished and the food is decent though the breakfast spread is rather limited. the disadvantages include an old fashioned crt television and absolute inaccessibility from the city. Though the hotel is not far at all from Udaipur but there are no shops or markets within walking distance from the hotel

Great restaurant. Specially if u want to have an open roof party. Well maintained place and property. Feeding the deers as an afternoon activity is a charming activity. You can feel the royalty coming out of the place. Great rooms.
