Brilliant staff especially the person who handles the day shift, he is very courteous, polite and helpful, good housekeeping services, decent room space and pantry stock, being to Bnagalore for the first time and traveling alone for work, this place made me feel very comfortable and not to forget the yummy breakfast, though the spread was limited. And the location is not really in the town but not too far as well. Veg/Non Veg restaurants, malls, ATMs, Cafes are all at walking distance. And YES, uninterrupted Wi-Fi signal at any part of the hotel.

Shilton suites is a great place to stay in Bengalore. Located at the heart of the city, the famous IMG Road mall is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff in particular Mr Abdul, Mr Baskar, Mr Johnson, Mr Bharat are wonderful and super efficient in their duties and professionalism. It was nothing short of amazing. Even the guards are very helpful. Food is good and the hotel staff go their way out to prepare great meals for the guests even late at night. Definitely will stay there again. Wish the gym was big though. I wish the young Mr Abdul all the best for his new journey in life

Stayed there for a business trip for couple of days in March. Got luxury rooms to stay. Interestingly rooms have kitchen...seems more of a service apartment. Looking at the facilities and amenities...it seems like an old property, although well maintained. Luxury rooms are clean and spacious. Bathrooms are clean and tidy. ACs need a bit of look, there positioning takes time to cool the rooms. Some cupboards have an odd shape with the locker occupying so much space, one cannot properly hang clothes.
The location of the 'hotel' is good, walk-able distance from MG Road and other nearby business areas.
Staff is extremely courteous and helpful.
But, food is not at all recommended, quality is okay but the cooks seem to be unaware of generic cooking style. Breakfast buffet is simple with limited options. But the place for breakfast is cramped, only 3 tables, one has to share with other guests...loosing your privacy.
With all this... rack rates are not worth it, unless you are getting some corporate discount or travel booking website discount.

This is a hotel cum service apartment situated at Ulsoor road very close to the famous MG road. Location is central - though its a 5-10 min walk to the metro station. Though the rooms are nice and spacious, and it does a good job of being a nice budget hotel, the food is where it doesn't score any points. Also, the in-room food items are very expensive, in line with 3-4 star hotels. So is the laundry service. If food is not of concern and one wants to do a budget trip to the city, this place can be considered.

This is good place to stay... Room was nice - a big room divided into two parts - entry with a basic sofa set, and a study table, and the interior part with a bed, cupboard, and some basic cooking arrangement as well. Overall nice... More so if you stay for a longer period at a budget price, which is not too low though. Free WiFi is available, but you need to connect with the front desk for the password. At the basement the only dinning room is located. Not very spacious but it does what it is supposed to do. Breakfast is complementary, however, the spread is basic. The food served was okay, nothing to really cheer about, but was safe...I did not have any issue with it. Staffs are courteous and helpful. I forgot to carry my mobile phone charger and the front desk managed to arrange one and give it to me for a couple of hours by sourcing it internally... Overall good for stay if you are one who is normally satisfied with fuss free stay for a few days...
