Most incredible few nights in the shore hotel in Santa Monica.. it's SO beautiful but a special HUGE thank you to Tony for being so welcoming and looking after us! You really made us feel special and he's such a genuine lovely guy. And thank u to Raoul for the incredible cocktails!! ("Hon d lads")

Hotel is amazing, stunning location, beds so comfy, shower to die for and champagne for welcome drink...need I️ say more!! Right opposite Santa Monica pier. View from my room last night. Staff so friendly cannot fault this hotel

Great service and exceptional location. Rooms and facilities were fantastic. Big call put to Randall and TC on the door who made our visit amazing. Our family will be back to visit this terrific hotel and delightful city in the USA!

I recently stayed at the Shore Hotel on a business trip. My room was ready earlier than check-in time which I very much appreciated. The room was large, clean, with all the amenities. The bed was super comfortable and I had a great night sleep. The gym is small but has all that one needs for a business trip workout. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location could not be better. It's right in front of the beach and also near great restaurants and shops. I wish I could've stayed longer to take advantage of the pool and other Hotel amenities. I'd stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel a couple of months ago while I was in Santa Monica for business. The location is absolutely stunning directly in front of the beach and very close to all the hot spots in Santa Monica. The staff was friendly and very efficient. I had a room facing the ocean and the rooms are ok & has all the amenities you expect. Well you ask yourself why did I not give this hotel 5 stars? Well, the cost per room is very high but what really annoyed me is that despite the high price the hotel had the audacity to charge an additional $20 extra per day for additional services that should clearly be included in the hotel price. I have attached the flyer that was handed over quietly... I guess most guests did not even realize this extra charge...for me this is really not necessary - it gives this otherwise great hotel a sour aftertaste... I hope the management will stop this ridiculous extra charge ... btw: the extra cost did not even include a complementary bottle of water in the room .....
