We were booked for only 3 nights. Wished we had booked for 30 days! The Unit was beautifully appointed. We had three small complaints: 1) The master bath sink did not drain as the plunger was disconnected. We attempted to fix but were not very successful. 2) the screens on the lanai had been torn by previous renters (?) when turning their chairs. Would be great to see that at least patched 3) the bed in the master bedroom was very hard. Not unusual for us to note that as my husband has had multiple spinal surgeries. He moved to the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and was able to sleep comfortably. We probably would purchase an eggshell for this unit if we were able to secure it again. Kitchen and baths are appointed with wonderful utensils, dishes and baking pans. Anyone who is considering this unit----GO FOR IT! simply a wonderful place to be!

The condo was adorable and well maintained. The grounds were very nice as well as the amenities. Could not have asked for a better experience. The location is perfect for access to restaurants and other stores. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff was friendly, and the grounds well maintained. I booked thru a 3rd party vendor, but had looked at all of the amenities listed on their website, and rules. Got to the condo's to check in, and found that they had rules not listed on the website. There are added fees that are not listed on the website, and they do not allow trailers to be parked on the property or allow motorcycles. I was on a 2 week trip and was pulling my trailer with my motorcycles inside. I had planned on riding part of Florida while there. I was told I needed for park my trailer at the grocery store two blocks away. Needless to say I did not sleep well or enjoy my stay due to stress and worry.
I would have just moved to another hotel, but my reservation was non-refundable, so I would have lost $$$$.
We stayed the 2 nights and nothing bad happened to my trailer,but I was worried it may get stolen (of which probably would a loss of over $25000.00) or towed of which I would be responsible for all damages.
Free WiFi is very very slow.
I will not return to this property again.

The staff was friendly but the condo was very cold, uninviting, old wicker furniture and outdated televisions. My mother had a poisoned rat sitting at her front door dying when we returned to the room

Loved the condo, plenty of space and well maintained. The complex was neat and clean. Has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts, and a clubhouse with activities. Very peaceful place. Short drive to several beaches and Anna Maria Island. Will definitely return!
