Quant hotel. Beautiful building with rich history and an old world feel. Staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Very close to the city palace. Waking distance to shopping and the lake. Very quiet at night. Highly recommended!

Good service, excellent food, good staff specially Mr.Bharatbhai Prajapati overall good experiance of haveli in hotel, its having great location near palace and located within old city area only parking space problem for four whiler.

On the outside the view is very nice, but on entering, the reception remained in darkness. The room was poorly furnished, the bathroom was so poorly done that when showering all the water ran through the bathroom. The breakfast included in the package consisted only of toast with coffee or tea (my wife and I preferred to go out and have breakfast at a local restaurant). The last night there was a discussion in the early morning at the reception that prevented sleep. Terrible experience.

All that glitters is not gold. Getting attracted by the "Heritage " in name is sure invitation to a terrible experience. The approach road to the hotel is bad. But what is the worst is the approach of the hotel staff. Rude, crude and unfriendly. One of the rooms alloted to us was shabby. They made us wait for three hours to allot another room but not before we made complaint to OYO who called them to redress the grievance. My request to visitors - go there only if you have no other alternative. My request to OYO - don't spoil your brand name by enlisting this hotel

It was a nice place to stay nd it gives us a feeling of old heritage types rooms with all facilities.... and it is 250 years old nd it i very nice place to stay in
So i would rather say to people to pls stay here for getting a better experience
