We had a gap between our evening flight to Kolkata and the early morning flight to Assam. So we wanted a budget place near the airport.
Plus points: Free pick up and drop from the airport, On time, polite staff at reception, spacious clean bathroom, Good value for money. Wifi speed good
Negatives: No toiletries. They even forgot to give us towels. Got them the next morning despite reminder when we checked in.
The location isn't all that great. But the rooms are OK. Don't expect luxury. There is a small hotel with limited items on the menu just across the hotel. Don't miss the sweet shop adjacent to it. We had some great rossogullas.

The room service is pathetic and there is no hospitality at all.I asked for morning tea, it was told that the tea would be served in 30 min. It wasn't, I called again and enquired, they said it will take another 15 min. I called half an hour later and asked about the delay, the person acted as if he was not aware. The finally sent tea, which too was made 3/4 hours earlier. If a hotel cannot provide you basic tea, what else can you expect!

I booked the hotel for a nights stay (less than 12 hours) for flight change. The hotel offered me an upgrade as stated by them as they did not had the room booked by me ready. The junior suite room and the bathroom was of decent size and well furnished. However on entry the feel was not very satisfying inspite of the good qualities of the room. As stated in their website the room amenities are not properly or adequately provided and on demand they provided me with a few.
The airport pick up and drop was pretty good. Initially I had doubts whether pick up will be there in the midnight but they were really good in that and probably they are experienced in this aspect of providing service to air passengers. The morning breakfast which was complimentary was laid out in their old building on the other side of the street and was quite ok, good enough to start the morning. I had a very quick bite around 8am as I had to catch an early flight.
Ok for a night if you are looking for a cheap option close to the airport. Takes around 15 minutes to the airport.

This is a average property where u can stay if want to board a train in morning hour.chalega .food is also average .u can avail free pick up and drop service.location is one plus kilometer from airport

I made booking for two days in this hotel through yatra for junior suit room and made the advance payment also of 8000 rs, but when I went there they told your booking is cancelled, moreover they told there is no room no 202 in their hotel, the one which I have booked. When my father told that we haven't got any mail or sms saying that booking is canceled and you give in written that our booking is canceled then he told that more than one booking is made for this room and its given to one who came first, and then they gave one small room to us first day and told that they will shift us to that junior suit next day. We made payment for 8000 rs and we stayed in a room which cost just 2000, they didn't even gave our money back. Strongly suggesting do not go to this hotel and make payment in advance. They are big CHEATERS.
