Bathroom cleanliness is bad. We could see small cockroaches running around.
Recommended only for overnight stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Booked hotel late so could not find any better hotel for the long weekend. Was already apprehensive with the reviews read. The hotel did not fair any better. small Cockroaches in the bathroom, dust on the floor. No power backup for the lift - we were stuck for 10 minutes inside. Location is convenient - though not closest to promenade. No parking space.

I had to get a hotel booked in the last minute and since it was a long weekend, almost all of them were booked and I ended up booking this hotel. Being a traveler from Chennai, I went in my car. Lets touch the positives first
1. This hotel is right in the city center opposite to Pothys making accessibility to most places easier.
2. Hot Chips restaurant is right below the hotel. We found this very useful having taken our little one with us.
3. Despite being a last minuter, the price we paid wasn't all that high and we got our money's worth
4. The rooms were reasonable good if not excellent. You get what you pay for.
good will tip: You should try the lassi place right below the hotel. It is definitely worth a try. Let me know what you thought.
Now coming to the not so great stuff
1. The hotel does not have a parking space. However we took the very next left and fiund a space near a government school and parked our car there for the rest of the trip.
2. The AC wasn't the easiest to operate
Overall if you as me if I would recommend this hotel, I would say yes. There are some who just expect to get their money's worth and then there are some who pay what they pay but expect higher. If you are the former then you can give this a try. Cheers!

Stayed there for 2 nights. the rooms are dirty, the bathrooms are not maintained.
The bar is in the hotel which make the entire place noisy in the evenings.
There is no parking and you have to go scouting around the hotel to find a place to park.
They do not have a 24/7 hot water facility, which makes it difficult to get fresh.
Lastly its located away from the cooler parts on the town.

The hotel was understaffed.
The hot water taps were not working.
The hotel couldn't provide an extra pillow when requested.
Affordability wise its a good hotel and even the location is very good.
There is no parking in the hotel
