This was my third visit and second review While my previous review was good this one was a disaster due to change of management and service was close to none, issues occur but to properly solve needs a good management which now at this Bluserena is not working properly!
Our party of 5 did a good job by cleaning our own table while employees were joking with cellular and D.room mgr was standing on the kitchen door all week,Babies allowed at pool while kids pool was only used rarely, I spoke with the person in charge of entertainment and he told me i was wrong that he has alots of experience and also said prezzo/prodotto which means what we pay thats what we get ,I went to office ask to meet the director at his/her convenience was granted the day after when i went at 5pm i was told the director wasnt available so i spoke with her assistant which told me that the chief of
entertainment was wrong and he wasnt aware about many babies in the pool which i dont believe they were to many to miss but he NEVER said he was sorry, tha day after he sent a server with a bottle of wine Mr. assistant dr. an apology from you or dining mgr or the famous chief of entertainment was better appreciated but i guess was to much of an effort I called corporate office in Pescara 4 times and no one could tell me who to talk to at the end a woman said talk to me and i will report great i just waisted more time my solution We never go back !!!!!
Good luck new management
Simply excellent!

This is the 2nd Blu Serena holiday and we are already planning our next. We spent the week of Ferragosto at the splendid Sibari Green Village where together with my husband and 2 daughters we had a fantastic time. The food was exceptional; the best of Calabrian delicacies and the village was beautifully set in forest woodland with a a walk to the beach or free use of the bus. However what made the holiday exceptional was the absolutely marvellous animation staff who were tremendous and always smiling and polite. They provided children's clubs throughout the day and dancing and entertainment into the night. The 48 strong team of animators should be applauded for their stamina, constant attention and happy demeanour. They made the holiday fantastic. My girls can't wait to go back. It will be a Blu Serena holiday for us well into the future
Thanks to Michelino and Italo you were fantastic!
A relaxing vacation

This was are second visit. and in both visit we had issues because of a poor reception trainig which now was solved by the Director Alessandro Vacca and his Assistant Adolf
The director showed a good knowledge of business unfortunatly doesnt help the business knowledge of the reception desk which is close to nothing NO MANNERS at all knowing that are the first people meeting the guests. Food is good knowing that they prepare over 1400 meals daily and the new chef Angelo shows himself around during meals time directing kitchen staff .they are many emploeeys that need to buy some smile they dont look happy and doesnt make you feel good like supervision in dining room service which is POOR Bar prices are High when you have to pay for a can of soda 2 1/2 euro (3.35 dollars)is more expensive than a Fifth Ave Cafe and served by a sad bartender even the chief bartender was in need to buy a smile Rooms are clean and room employees were great ! Closing if they could have a better trainig this could be a much better vacation ,I will go back hopefully somethinfg will change
All together was Not Great But Good

Very nice village, very well maintained, very ggood for kids. The rooms are large and tidy, bathrooms are ok. The set up of the village is very large and this makes you feel is not crowded even though it houses a lot of people. Going to the sea is quite a walk but pleasant. Shuttle is provided for the lazy ones. Food is varied and acceptable in quality especially considering they prepare it for thousand of people. Variety allows to eat pretty much what you want. Beverages are poor. Bar prices are too high considering the monopoly. For example an espresso cost 1.1 € while I bet in any bar in that are is well below 1 €. This applies to everything as they try to make money out of it which I consider absolutely wron. The entertainment provided by "Dream team" tends to be too noisy and invading. The evening show is sometime boring and most of the time is based on sexual houmor which I feel out of place for a Village whose half population are minors. The Village head who is also the head of the "dream Team" shows up pretty much only the evening, she has very limited entertainment capabilities (beside talking and screaming in the microphone) and honestly she does not draw too much simpaty. All in all a nice experience especially for families with kids.
