Very clean and comfortable bed.
Small but compact room, you will have everything you need. It is like a mini hotel.
Generous breakfast.
20min walk to ipswich hospital so if you've done a long shift it will be a very long walk.
Lovely staff.
Will use again.

Stay of 2 nights. Lovely bedroom with all amenities e.g.tea/coffee maker; TV; hairdryer; alarm clock; ensuite shower room/toilet (very clean). Extra large bed. Extremely good full English breakfasts with all you might wish for. Parking on front. I must also mention the very good helpful owners. In all a very pleasant stay and would recommend.

Great welcome. Lovely room. Pristine. Fantastic breakfast. Service great. Absolutely wonderful.
Highly recommended. Good location for all Suffolk. Easy to park. Great wifi. Comfortable beds with top quality sheets and duvets. They even provide dressing gowns.

I travel a lot and the first thing I would always check is the bed.
I freak out if there are stains on the sheet or hair on the bed because a comfortable sleep is a MUST and Believe it or not I check carpets too for nail clippings!
This Guest House is super spotlessly clean! It's like checking in to a high end hotel.
Breakfast is delicious and generous!
Have both cooked & continental!
Awesome!
Would recommend to all my friends!

we were racing up to Ipswich to see my mother in hospital. Not due to arrive until around 9.30 pm but we received a very warm welcome and details of breakfast etc before we went to the hospital. Our room was first class with an ENORMOUS comfy bed, everything anyone could possibly want, a beautiful ensuite and everything was tasteful and superbly clean. Breakfast was yummy with scrambled egg with smoked salmon but full English also looked good. Very generous portions. Sadly Mum died but the owners were very kind. Wish we had an excuse to go back and spend a few nights there. Good B&Bs are far superior to most hotels. Thoroughly recommend.
