Warm & friendly welcoming at the desk. The whole premises was clean & in a good shape. Very reasonable price. We did not expect breakfast for what we paid for. We didn't hear no street noise at all.To make it short, nothing to complain.

I would never stay here again. We stayed here after my granddaughter graduated from LSU. We tried to check in and could not because their computers were down. People on staff had no idea how to reboot the computers so we were forced to leave and returned later. After check-in, we got to our room and went to get ice -- empty space where the ice machine was indicated to be. Later we turned on our TV which did not work. I picked up the phone to call the desk -- the phone did not work either. They could not fix the TV until the next morning and offered no solution. I asked for another room and was told I could have my money back but there were no other rooms. Very unfriendly people who do not know what they are doing. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place.

Friendly check in, clean and comfortable room. Scheduled a 2 night stay but had to leave after first night. Desk was very accommodating and understanding. Now my place to stay when in Baton Rouge. Easy access and near many restaurants.

LITERALLY, Stay anywhere else! WORST staff and there was pubic hair in the bathtub. Disgusting display of management and business. Staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. There is a clean and friendly Hampton inn and holiday inn right next door... just sayin!

This hotel is owned by a man from India, who returns to India regularly. He does not have regards to real life situations, as your dollar is more important to him than real life circumstance which arise.
He and his team will not bend their rules to accommodate you. Please know that you will not be provided any empathy as this company is strict with their rules and will not attempt to accommodate you outside of their rule policy.
