My wife and I live in las vegas and we stayed here with our 4 children for an in-town getaway. We loved it. The pools were clean and well stocked with towels. Our room had two bedrooms with three beds and two seperate bathrooms so no sharing with the kids!!! The feont desk clerks were helpful and very friendly they even provided a playpen for our 4month old son. There is plenty of food choices near by and a geocery store less than 2 miles away. This a gem away feom the strip.
HORRIBLE.. STAY ELSEWHERE!!!

First, an Uber/Lyft from the Las Vegas airport to this hotel is around $20.. When we first arrived everything seemed good.. despite standing in the lobby for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment while the front desk agent, Gina finished her conversation. After getting checked in, she showed us where our building was on a small confusing map so we spent about 10 more minutes trying to locate the building. After the long flight we were hungry, so we set our bags down and immediately went out to get something to eat, we walked because they do have restaurants close. After walking we noticed that the hotel wasn't in the best area, but we planned on being out most of the day and only using to hotel to sleep so we were willing to look past that. It wasn't until we went to the room and saw that there were bugs on the floor, hair in the tub, a ring around the toilet and blood on the mattress that we considered moving hotels. We went down to speak with Gina, the front desk agent who insisted that we would be charged for the 1st night because we didn't cancel our reservation. Which made no sense, I understand getting charged because you made a reservation and you didn't show up, but to insist on making someone pay for a night in room they weren't staying in because of the hotels conditions is insane!! I then asked Gina if she would call her manager, who she said "didn't accept calls once he's off the clock", anyone that knows anything about the hospitality industry knows hotel managers are on salary and on-call so there is no "off the clock". After going back and forth with her about this hotel policy that all guest no matter what would be charged for the first night, I finally just asked for another room. She stated in order to get another room, I would have to go get my bags from the room I was first assigned and bring them to the office (on opposite sides of the property) and then move to another room in the exact same building. After going to get all of our bags we went back to the office where I walking in on Gina saying to a guest “I can’t talk to you right now I’m assisting a guest.” While the office was empty, she then hung up the phone, took out a cake pop, and took a sip of her Starbucks, bit into the cake pop and stated to the other agent in the office “Oooh this one is brownie”. After all of that I didn’t even want to talk to her, so I proceed to the other agent, where she stepped over and said “So what are you doing getting the new room or leaving?!” I then told her that her customer services was horrible and asked for corporate’s number.. After telling me she didn’t know corporate’s number and there was no way for her to find it, she finally said she would just refund my full amount and I could find somewhere else to stay. If your policy was really EVERY guest had to pay for the first night, you wouldn’t have bent those rules at all. The entire experience was completely unnecessary and I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
Worse experience ever!

We found a colostomy bag full of urine sitting in the living room. People hanging out through out hotel grounds. Rooms smelled old, extremely far from strip. I would not recommend this hotel at all! This was the absolute worse experience we've had at a hotel. The did provide a full refund, but ni accommodations.
Nice looking but poorly maintained, bed room smelly

Nice looking, however, TV, kitchen appliances and toilet accessories look primitive. Bedroom was smelly.
Especially TV -a big color CRT tv ;) remembers my dad getting home first colour CRT TV in early 90s.
Let me caution you, if you have aged travellers or people with disability, there is no elevator /lift(disability access). The steps are too steep!
Total dump. NOT SAFE.

This place is a nightmare. They don't have a computer to store ID and credit card information for incidentals so they make paper copies on scanner.
They gave my wife a ground floor room and the adjacent room had 10-12 men drinking/partying in parking lot with car stereo blasting. They were staring at her and making inappropriate comments so she left immediately and booked a new room at 10 pm rather than wasting time at this dump talking to a manager. A few days later we called and explained that she left within minutes and a manager refused to provide a refund. Safety and comfort are a low priority here.
