We loved our stay here. Very reasonable price for a spacious room, and en-suite both with a wonderful lake view and facing the mountains. As it is located about half way up the lake it is easy to explore in both directions if you have a car. Or make use of the buses. Really good bus service which we made use of each evening to visit different restaurants.
The room was always serviced while we were at breakfast which was very convenient. One criticism we did have was the coffee machine in the dining room, the black coffee was undrinkable. Luckily we brought our own kettle and coffee.
Plenty of car parking with easy access, unlike some of the other hotels.
The pool area was a few tiers up, very well placed for another great view of Lake Garda but not so good if you find steps a problem. Good pool bar, with drinks, ice cream and snacks. Really good bus service which we made use of each evening to visit different restaurants.
The free Wi-Fi was very good.
Friendly staff.
I'd say it was romantic but we find everywhere romantic on the banks of lake Garda.

We enjoyed our stay here but you would definitely need car to be able to get around. There's a small beach directly at the front of the hotel which was a big plus, and it's generally quite quiet as it's only really the hotel guests who are using it. The pool area is okay but we didn't spend too much time there as it was mainly full of screaming children. The rooms are adequate, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was basic but clean. You share a balcony with the room next to you so it's a bit awkward if you both want to use it at the same time! The walls are pretty thin and you can hear people talking/watching TV which could be a problem if you had a noisy neighbour. The breakfast in the morning was good. however they would take a long time to replenish anything if it was fully used. I'm sure this was to save money... however it was very annoying when you arrived a bit later for breakfast and there was only a crust of bread left! There's no restaurants nearby so you definitely need a car to be able to travel around to find food. The price of this hotel was very affordable and for the price you pay I think the quality was just fine! We had a wonderful time in Lake Garda.

Have WiFi. Nice Garda Lake viewing. Very poor room equipment ( no salt, no dish soap). Air conditioner not working. Good location. Personal must to upgrade service. Close to attractions. Private parking.

Looks nice in the pictures but in reality a bit worn down.
Pool area looks nice but needs a renovation. Air conditioning works but no cold air is generated. Works more like a fan. Not recommended. Ok if you don't mind the place being a bit worn down. Room a bit smelly. Fridge in the room but nothing in it to purchase.

There's a good reason the main view of this hotel is of the pool as it looks fine & the views are stunning. The hotel is another story.
Our arrival was mediocre with a receptionist who seemed more interested in the tv than our welcome. The first thing she said to me was I'll need your passports.
Out of date decor with old box tv. No tea/coffee, no bar, no food. We walked to the nearest town to find a restaurant, which we were told was 10-15 minutes- more like 40!
Our tired room at the back overlooked a nice enough walled patio area with steps leading up to the attractive pool. In the summer sun this would be lovely. The view of the lake from there is stunning.
The bed is probably the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept in, the shower was fine. Great lights in the bathroom but the towels, if they were mine would be donated to the dogs home. Past their best shall we say.
8am-10am breakfast, we didn't get to choose our table, so again, no lake view. On warm days you could sit in the garden and ignore the traffic of course. disappointing selection. No fruit or yoghurt, bread didn't seem fresh, basic all round.
