we loved the food of this hotel more than the food of other famous hotels. We had breakfast buffet daily which was so good that we did not miss it even for one day. Rooms were small but tidy. They helped us putting extra beddings on our request, chargeable of course.

I was on leisure trip with family and visited this hotel. Rooms are too small that it can not accommodate an extra bed and you try to place an extra bed you need to remove one of the furniture. they provide the smallest size of extra bed so if you are more than 2 please do not plan to stay here. Similarly Bathrooms are very small in size and not maintained properly. Morning tea took 1 hour to come and that too ice cold. At check out the bill is offered for the same tea and when it was informed to Manager at Reception Sharma Brothers, they say it was prepared on fire how can it be cold. They do not know courtesy at all. Finally I had to check out from this place and checked-in to another hotel. Please think twice before you consider this hotel. Food preparation was also very bad, in dinner everything comes with red gravy whatever you order. Needs lot of improvements.

The manager is deceiving. If you get there before your checking time, he will persuade you that he has different hotel which is same as this and he will transfer you there. The other hotel WOI LEEM is NOT a nice place. Rooms don't have any fans. Rooms are smaller. When you will ask him your original room in Silk route residency he will tell you that the rooms has been given to different people. On continuous nagging he gave our original room after two days of spending in the other hotel. We came to know that food and room was much better. On our check out day we heard him deceiving other tourist also to get them to other hotel. The hotel WOI LEEM is not even online. The hotel deserve a good rating BUT the manager should be punished by not giving any recommendation from any online trip sites.

I have visited with my family and its very good experience, near to mg market, approachable by cab, in gangtot its very good to reach hotel by cab, for many hotels you have to reach hotel by walk, specious room, sooooo clean, hot water 24 hours, staff very helpfull, they will manage cab for sight seeing at reasonable rate. No more words please, don't think very much just book it.

Thanks to Managers for hiring such a dedicated staff, caters.
They have provided excellent services, no one can compete them.
silk route residency had made my trip comfortable...my family felt happy with their food..room service..
