First thing first, we reached the place during the night time, there are no directions, no board, no light showing the place, the entrance looks like a haunted house. However once you reach there you can get parking for your car. The rooms are like 1 BHK suitable for 4 pax. The washrooms are just clean enough for you to use. The furniture are not in that good condition. They don't even give you complementary toiletries like soaps, shampoo etc.
Further the people at the entrance are like typical localities just being the operator, unlike reputed hotel operators who welcome you with a smile, show courtesy and make you feel comfortable. So if your are ok with all that and want to just spend a night go for it. The best thing i can tell you is that it is located close to the Sai Baba Temple, though they claim that they don't give pick and drop service,

We booked this 2 BHK apartment AC room (4 bed) through a website and it cost Rs. 1622/day. The 2 BHK had 2 double beds and they were happy to provide additional mattress for an extra individual.
The good:

Relaxed 10 minutes walk to the temple and away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds
Big rooms
1 big leather couch doubling up as a bed
working lift
a huge kitchen but no stove or anything to cook.
2 balconies to relax
Quite a few restaurants nearby
Prompt service for anything you ask.
Good hot water
Sleep quality was good
The not so good:

Toilets were not clean and we had to ask them to clean it but still were not good enough
Lights were not working in the kitchen and had to replace them
Had to ask for new set of bedsheets and towels
No WI-FI
Food ordered through them is not of good quality (they get it from a restaurant 1.5 kms away) and could be avoided.
All in all, value for money. The management could clean the apartments better in advance of the guests arrival and could touch up the paint peelings in some areas.

I have stayed in this service apartment during my visit to shiridi in Dec'2013 with my family.
We were 4 adults and a small kid so booked a 2 BHK apartment which was well enough for 6 people which i realized after reaching there.
Facts We faced:
1. 2 Bedrooms well furnished with nice comfortable beds (Which you don't see in hotels).
2. Toilets were spacious and okay. The person in charge when informed that the toilets could be better he was very sorry and assured to get them done soon.
3. Huge sofa cum bed + another sofa set, TV, coffee table etc in the sitting room
4. Dinning table for 4 people and a kitchen.
5. Lots and lots of mattresses (Around 10 nos) .
6. In house kitchen or restaurant not available, when food is ordered it delivered from outside hotel and personally we didn't like the food ordered because the food didn't justify the price and taste. As per manager they are starting the in house kitchen soon. They serve the ordered food in the room and do the clean up though.
7. Pickup and drop to shiridi temple was provided free of cost once during our 1 night stay.
8. The staff were really well mannered and Very very helpful. You won't find of course hotel management graduated staff here with fluency but they suffice.
9. Manager was very communicative and open to suggestions and a nice person to talk to. He did everything he could to provide us a comfortable stay.
10. The cost was good comparing other crowded hotels.
11. No wi-fi but they are at their prime stage of development which is in their priority list as communicated to me.
12. The place with many bungalows looks like European streets outside with calm atmosphere.
13. There is no swimming pool , park etc as it's basically service apartment.

Service was very good. Location was some what odd and away from the temple. Rooms were spacious and Ceanlyness was maintained. Overall the the stay was comfrtable and as compare to the value, it is quite cheaper.

We had taken the cottage in the holiday home compound and it was simply excellent.....though there are not much room service facility in the hotel.....tea coffee etc was available and the service was above decent. the property is just appropriate for family outings and may not be suitable for a couple or people requiring exclusive boarding facilities. The hotel makes you feel at home (trust me no joking) and is really really peaceful.
