We were all male family members in the group on a long overdue get together.The place is bang on the beach.We shifted to this resort from the Dreamland resort after spending a night there(more about it in a seperate review).
The moment we entered the resort it erased the negative vibes of the earlier day spent at Dreamland.The resort is well maintained, clean and spacious.Rooms are clean and cosy.
There is ample place to play cricket, badminton, volleyball, wall climbing etc etc.There is also a mini stage for performers.The staff is courteous and smiling and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.
Food is very good in quality and taste and rates are reasonable considering it is a resort.
Since the resort is on the beach which is clean on this side it is fun to go and swim or have a dip or two in the water.Very invigorating i must say.
On Friday we went to Harnai beach and picked up fresh pomfrets.Cool. As is practice there they cooked it for us in curry and tawa fry to go as starters with our drinks.
Thanks to Mangesh and his team.We have plans to visit again sometime in the near future.

We had visited Murud on 17th June 2017 along with family and were looking out for place to stay for 2 nights. We happen to see the entrance to SSBR property and decided to enter the same. The Manager Mr. Mahesh was quick to offer us a good deal for our stay however before offering the deal he made sure that we got to review the rooms.
The rooms offered was a family rooms with stay facility for 4 persons. The location is excellent with the direct access to beach and having huge number of coconut trees and ample amount of space in front of the cottages.
Good thing is that they provide resting place for the drivers too.
Breakfast was good with veg & non veg both options available. Even tea is offered early in the morning at the canteen for those used to bed tea.
Property has a good power back up facility and also provide Hot water separately in case the geyser is not working due to power outage.
Overall a great location and nice stay with family.

Awesome place and a good resort right on the beach. Good rooms, good service. Went for a 3 days trip with a big group of friends & family. The location of the resort makes it so special; overlooking the flat silver beach and the scenic beauty around. Ample space to roam around, play, rest or even enjoy your own sweet time swinging on hammocks relishing the sight of the swaying coconut trees and the sounds of the waves. A secluded area and a quiet place to enjoy your trip.
Rooms are good & decent, only the food could have been better and low-priced. Both cottages and rooms are available and are spacious enough for 3 people to accommodate. Being on the beach you can anytime stroll on the shoreline, even at dark, appreciating the night sky and the serenity. Dapoli and Silver Sand are both worth visiting.

Silver sand beach resort is one of good beach resort. Which has an advantage of location is very close to beach. Great ambience, spacius rooms, cottages. Food is average here. Room service is very good. Resort is costly than adjacent hotels/resorts. If we lowers the cost by some margins then this will be one of the best resort to stay near Dapoli/Murud.

Very nicely maintained resort and very very close to beach
Staff is Good very helping and they are well know you are there to enjoy the weekend and do not put does and donts kind of stuff on you ....!!
Best for family , friends, Group touring outing plans...
