Our cottages 17 in all are in great demand built in the Indo-Portuguese style with tiled roof, a balcao or verandah that is typical of all Goan traditional houses. Cane armchairs are provided where you can sit with a chilled beer, or strum a guitar, or just be in the moment letting the Goan experience settle gently round your soul. All amenities in the cottages are chargeable. 12 Premium rooms are large, elegant and airy with a bedroom, a lounging area and a balcony where you can relax and look at the sea. This was our first trip to Goa and I can say I was pleasantly surprised with our hotel sunshine holiday village. On arrival we were able to check in straight away the staff were really helpful
Throughout the holiday the house keeping staff were very attentive especially Sandeep and sharifa
The room was basic but very clean and well maintained but this is India
The guys from Chicago Anil Ajay and Tom were very nice guys we made friends with the guys and will remain friends for ever they looked after us and everyone who’s stayed there I can honestly say they made our holiday thanks guys the food in the hotels 3 restraunts was very well cooked and very well presented
All in all the holiday and this hotel was absaloutley incredible thankuou sunshine holiday village for the best holiday ever

I stayed at this resort between 03rd Nov and 08th Nov and had multiple issues
1. I booked rooms 6 months in advance however I was charged higher than the prevailing and season tarrifs. Reason being they decided to cut rates post my booking.
2. I was promised a fridge in the room, however that wasnt available.
3. I had to change 4 rooms as their AC wasnt working , all they had to say is this is how the infrastructure is and I will have to speak to the owner/manager. I was promised a meeting however no one turned up.
4. DIRTY LINEN!!!!
I personally experienced better service standards, cleanliness and value for money at smaller hotels.

I have visited this hotel thrice this year and stayed, it was an awesome experience and one of the best in recent times , staying at this hotel a warmly feeling and welcome from the staff at the Chicago restaurant staff John and Uttam and check in and reservation staff Ayesha Almeida who was very supportive and co operative , went out of her way as it was my mom's bday.. starting from arranging the most comfortable stay to travelling best hospitality was given ,
My friends to visited the hotel and was given the same gesture , really appreciate specially 5 ratings for the way things were arranged for my stay by everyone and specially Ayesha

Silver sands is the best place to spend your vacation very close to the beach and staff was very helpful specially SAI from restaurant thanks to all of you
and i will recommend to book cottage it was really spacious and clean...

We have just returned from a two week stay at this hotel and had a wonderful time.The rooms are clean airy and spacious.Myself my partner and our daughter managed perfectly well in a superior room overlooking the gardens. The room had everything we needed fridge , kettle tea and coffee and a TV with satellite. The air con was also very good. Breakfast was adequate and a good start to the day.The hotel is very close to the beach and has a good selection of shops and restaurant's surrounding it.We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived. All staff members are friendly and courteous. We always received a warm smile and hello from all members of staff from the lovely ladies tending the gardens, the men looking after the rooms, and all reception staff. The bar and waiting staff were also exceptional particularly Tom ,Ram, and Philip who made us feel so welcome and looked after.We shared many conversations and much laughter. All staff here are a credit to the company and i would not hesitate to recommended this hotel to anyone.It was our first visit to Goa and overall we had a wonderful time.Thankyou to all at this lovely hotel.
