We stayed here overnight as my daughter had an interview the following day. We were greeted by Rose who was really friendly & helpful.
Our room was lovely , clean,comfortable & warm . Was a bit chilly when we arrived .
Had a good sleep & woke refreshed for the interview. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast .
Shame our stay wasn’t longer but would definitely go back if I was in the area again .

Rose and Mark are both awesome, they made us feel very welcome and did an amazing breakfast! We were there for our wedding anniversary. The room was clean and tidy. The location was ideal. About a 15-20min walk into Torquay centre but on a main bus route (number 12) so getting about was easy! Also few minutes walk from the train station, which made eating around really easy. There is also parking at the guesthouse for around 8 cars. Will definitely come back again.

very warm welcome when we got there from marc @ rose made us most welcome. rooms were spacious @ clean nothing was to much trouble breakfast was very good would go back.close to the railway station bus stop outside which was great for the town centre.good parking facilities.

If only the weather could have been as sunny as the welcome! Great room, great hosts, great price - and a lovely breakfast! Will certainly use them again next time we are visiting. Thanks to Rose and Marc.

Rose gave us a very warm welcome. Our room was perfect, looking out on the garden. Very clean with plenty of storage space and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was fantastic, pipeing hot food. Coffee was very good and plenty of choice of cereals fruit and yogurt.
Would definitely recommended staying at silverlands.
