Three months back we visited Basara for my grand daughter Akshrabhyasam .good hotel.spacious and neat rooms.toilets also neat and clean. EXCELENT service with air conditioning and hot water.this property is very close to the temple

when i visited to basara to stay in hotel.i was searched more than 10 hotels but i was not satisfied those rooms.,then i came to laxmi nivas i was satisfied with their rooms and mainly good hygienic.once visit this hotel who are coming from long distance really you feel good.good choiceable hotel. service also excellent

Property seems to be new. Good rooms with brand new Air Conditioners. Rooms, Beds and Toilets are clean and well maintained. They do have a power back up system which can run a fan and a light (No AC). Some of the rooms are accommodated with
Western toilets and some are with Indian. There is no intercom facility available. No covered parking. Per room they provide only one towel and a small soap bar.

We recently visited Basara on Maha Shivaratri and we found this hotel being maintained clean & hygienic for us. best place to stay, Located close to 100 meters from main temple. post temple visit we stayed overnight and we had the facility of being provided with good services, we strongly recommend for people to stay in this hotel, except the hotel doesn't have a restaurant but room service is extended by organizing food from outside.

Last week I had a visit to Basara and my main concern was accommodation. Had a chat with people to know the best hotels in the town and most of the people suggested me to go with LAXMI NIVAS LODGE....When I reached there, I could notice that the ambience was so homely and the way they received us was awesome. Once I check the rooms I could observe that the they have given the highest priority to the cleanliness ...the rooms and washrooms were so clean and best in the class...coming to the price, it was so low in the class...so I suggest you guys to go with this lodge whenever you visit Basara..
