stayed for 3 nights from 14 nov 17 , the location for the city is good 10 mins walk to rail shops ferry bars , food was fab the 3 lads doing breakfast service fab at all times as was the food,staff at the reception great and meet good night . room good clean each day , yes it is a old building and some tired furniture a bit of street noise ,but your in a city . on a plus you in the city cen its very clean fab staff good hot food RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL WIL GOOD BACK

Stayed one night 19 nov do not stay in 105 no sleep at all cars driving past all night and busses breakfast was cold asked by reception if everything was ok said no to noisy only to be told it was an old building really i have paid for this hotel it was not free do not stay here

Location for access to the city centre is good, but the hotel entrance is at the side of the building and presents itself as an afterthought. Tired furniture, loose floorboards, hobbit sized wardrobe, desk lamp which had given up on life, slat blinds which didn't keep out the light, cramped shower/bathroom cubicle no secondary glazing & consequently the worst street noise I've experienced in a hotel. Breakfast was ok the stairwell murals of liverpool labour history were the highlight.

Food was fab the service very attentive and we had a really good time there. Only one downside ...they ran out of new potatoes but the mackerel was superb. I'd recommend here especially if eating late.

On a recent shopping trip in Liverpool city centre we took a break for a bite to eat and a drink and chose this delightful place behind the Met Quarter , great relaxing place if your looking for time out during your stay in the city , food was great and very friendly atmosphere , highly recommended
